On 04/22/24 I went to Auto Trends I spoke with ****** ******. A day before I went to the dealer to see the vehicle I was interested in. I sent my application for a loan and one of their banks approved me the next day. He called me telling me that the vehicle was ready and agreed that I give him $2,000 down payment to get the car out the same day. When I got there, he nor his employees ever mentioned the problems that the vehicle had. The car looked good but it has many problems. When I signed the documents they pushed me to sign the contract. When I signed the contract, his employee ***** ********* was very nervous and knew that the car had problems. She told me that the car had a warranty and that if something happened to the car, the warranty would pay for it. The same day I took the vehicle I was driving it, it started to smoke and leak oil. I called ***** and she said to take the car to the dealer the next day. I took it and ****** had the car for a month he just said that the car would be in good condition. A month later he gives me the car and the next week the car starts to overheat and leak a lot of oil. The next day I took the car to a certified mechanic and they called the warranty company and it didn't cover anything. I had to pay $190 just for them to check the car. I called the warranty and they said the car had many problems. I called ****** and told him that the car is useless that I need another car. He said that I bought the car like that. I took the car to the Chevy dealer and it needs an engine change at $12,000 and the warranty does not cover it. I tried to talk to ****** and he refuses to help me. The car is at a place where ****** sends his cars that are not professionals. I don't know about the status of the vehicle. I have been using my own money to fix the car but the car no longer works and I have been calling lawyers and nobody will take my case.

Sold us a vehicle in Nov 2023, and they have still yet to provide title or license plate for this vehicle after the vehicle has been paid in full. They provide different and conflicting excuses every time we have contacted them, and we have contacted them multiple times a week since Dec 2023 about this issue. Temp. License Plate expired in early December, and even after we have asked them to provide a new temp tag so that we are legally able to drive the vehicle we have purchased, they have still refused to provide a new one.

First they try to minipulate into buying something you don’t want then they rip you off. It’s a joke a whole circus over there smh.
