After some discussions with the project manager for the job the work wasn't expressed clearly. We were originally told that the electrical wiring was fine as is, but when we came to inspect the other side of the property that was being worked on the original new wiring was completely cut and new wiring was put in. This wasn't necessary from what was originally explained. Additionally, the electrical box outside was left open with exposed wiring sticking out. The box had an outlet exposed to the elements as well. This outlet was being used for a microwave while the workers were at the job location. The breaker was left on as well and it's supposed to rain that night into the morning which it did. This is a huge danger to myself and my family and I'm thankful that I went outside to look because this was a hazard in the form of an electrical fire or worse. It's extremely unprofessional for a company to jerry-rig an electrical panel for their own personal use. When the workers left on the final day they left our backdoor open again along with leaving the electrical panel on too after I spoke to them the day before that this is not ok. Finally, the project manager sat outside of our house until my partner came home so that he could pay the company electronically after they sent it via text to be paid. If the bank didn't approve of the increased limit until Monday I don't know if he would've stayed the whole time outside of my house or not. I've NEVER had that happen at any company that we've worked with on getting work done on our houses. That was not ok under any circumstances. I've let my family and friends know to spread the word that this company is not ok to work with at all.
