On 5-31-2023 at 5:35 PM I made a **** credit card transaction of $394.02 for a diagnosis of my vehicle at Mobile ***************************** at Address: *****************************************************************. I stated I had a battery draining problem on my vehicle and they responded & recommended they would have to diagnose the car to see what the problem may be & where it is coming from. They said that their tech is very good at his ********* will be able to find the source of the problem. After the job was completed the employer had told me that the battery drain was coming from a Driver *************** would have to go to a certified **** dealership and buy the part & get it programmed for the battery drain to stop & that should fix the battery drain problem. As you can see on provided documents, I listened to their advice &I immediately went to a certified **** Dealership, bought the part for $86.81 and scheduled an appointment with them to replace & reprogram the Driver Door Module. **** completed the job as requested & called me to say that my vehicle was ready for pickup for which I paid an extra $382.20. I brought the car back home & within a day the battery had drained yet again. This was when I knew that Mobile, ****************************** had misdiagnosed my problem. I called them and explained to them that I listened to their *********** didn't work, that they had misdiagnosed the problem. One of the employers said he will get back with in the morning with a solution. I didn't get a response. My ********** decided to visit the business & ask them for a full refund for misdiagnosing my battery drain problem. The store manager said they will not give us a refund & that we should leave. The manager was unprofessional & didn't stand by their work. When they accepted to diagnose something & find the problem they should diagnose it correctly. They charged me $394 for the wrong diagnosis. This is so wrong, dishonest, & fraudulent to take people's money for diagnosis but give them the wrong diagnosis.

Brought my truck in several times to have a rear brake light installed on my truck. They were never able to get the installed piece working and then said it was not compatible with my truck but now my rear backing sensors and blind spot detectors do not work and it always says I have a trailer attached to my vehicle. Now I'm going to have to bring my truck into **** to have that fixed. I attempted to contact the regional manager several times to no avail and sent them an email to resolve this issue but have heard nothings.

I had my car windows tinted at Mobile Tint & Audio. They asked what tint I wanted. I did not know the percentages but told them the darkest tint that is legal. When I went to get a break tag they said the tint was too dark. I had never had an issue before because they never checked the windows. I contacted Mobile Tint & Audio and they said that is what I asked for. That was not true and they refused to correct it. The tint they should have put is 40%. At the time I did not know the legal percentage but trusted them to put the right tint on my vehicle. Their response was they put 35% because I asked for illegal tint. I would not ask for something illegal. According to Louisiana law RS 32:361.1 it is also illegal for the company to put illegal tint on a vehicle even if the customer ask for it. After researching Louisiana law, I learned the legal tint is 40%, my receipt stated 35% and when tested at the break tag station the tester read 31%. I also learned the company should have shown me the percentage with a meter when he installed it, which he did not. They made a mistake and put the wrong tint on my vehicle.

We have display boards with all the percentages of tint that we offer. We go over what is LEGAL and what is ILLEGAL with each and every customer. We then have the customer sign a work order before we begin work verifying what tint the customer wants ont heir vehicle. After the work is completed the customer then signs an invoice. All tint meters darker once it is on the windows which means we would have to put 50% on your windows for it to meter 40% or above. We certainly can do that but it will come at a charge to remove it and retint it. If you would like for us to do that please call us and we will make sure to remove and retint it with legal tint per your request. Thank you.
