Keith and staff did a great job ! So pleased with the quality of work done . Would recommend this place to any one . Misplace my glasses and jumped to conclusions about the staff . The staff is honest and does great work !Review from T J M

I think the employees don't do their jobs properly or don't know how to do the job and they keep items that you originally had on your vehicle without considering that the owner might want those items. When you ask where are they, you're told they threw them away. Those items are wires and plug-ends to a replaced radio and wires to the original alarm system. I can't believe they would throw all of that away and give back the old radio without the plug-ins and wire. I realize we are seniors but we are not senile. Not to mention the old remote the alarm they kept. I went back to Suncoast Sound and spoke again to the manager/owner and voiced my concern that the alarm did not do what the original alarm did and that something was not wired correctly which meant that the way they installed the alarm was not giving total security to my vehicle. He suggested we come back and they would fix it. I am afraid something else might happen if I take it back. Besides that, for one minor adjustment to fix the alarm I don't think I should have to leave my vehicle there overnight. $515. plus surcharge and tax is a lot of money for the poor quality of work. Very disappointed in the service
