Absolute worst experience. RidgeStar Roofing damaged my home much more.ON HOLD AT MOMENT. Not looking good.EDIT: Dec,1,21 Have I been hustled? Time is Ticking.I payed $5,000.00 cash upfront for my mothers roof to be replaced on Friday. ******* ************************* had a crew come to the house Sunday. Turned out only half the shingles were brought to job site. The crew left the house and went to another job. Nothing was done. *********** was over 3 hours late. The drip edge that was brought to job site Monday was smashed. Every strip. Roofers removed a sheet of plywood to replace & obviously don't hold safety meetings before job. To warn workers to not step in open holes. I was up on the roof and a worker stepped into hole on roof and leg went through my son's bedroom ceiling causing ******************** to spill all over a bedroom I was using for packing so I can relocate everything into a pod container that will be placed in driveway. I kept seeing signs this company is off track. I told RIDGE STAR I will pay in full that day after roof *************** son's bedroom ceiling is replaced. They replaced drywall on ceiling same day. But had to wait for mud to dry 24 hours is not fully completed. Needs texture & paint. I went ahead an paid in full because they at least sealed the drywall hole. suppose to come back and finish Monday. Ive asked for a receipt . My mother asked for a receipt for the roof replacement I payed for. ******* ************************* told his sales consultant *********************** day after day he would send receipt via email. ******* ************************* told my mother he would send receipt also. I've called and left message on ******* ************************* cell phone for receipt. Everyone on planet earth knows when you purchase anything you get a receipt at time of purchase. This Company will be reported to Better Business Bureau in approximately 48 more hours by myself if I do not receive a receipt. There is No excuses for these kind of business practices. I will get the receipt for the money I payed towards my mothers roof. I told this company because they couldn't provide receipt at time of payment at the house. To send it via email to ******* mothers email so we both have a copy. No receipt yet. I wish this drama on no one . Im including photos . Ive hung plastic for the ceiling to be finished. ************************* told me someone is coming. I wait & no one shows up day after day. I even offered to tare down all the plastic from the ceiling work left after they sand and texture . and said I would clean it up. Nothing is happening. I paid ************************* $6790.00 In full on 11-22-21 They also damaged my 50 foot gutter in front the house. Had the ladder against my gutter w/o protective leg on ladder to prevent gutter and ladder contact. Causing deep scratches/scars in the gut a couple feet in length.On my rear 23' gutters. The ladder impressions / dents are in the gutter with scratches. Very visible with the naked eye. These photos serve e more justice looking at on a desktop. Not cellphone. Even more justice in person. Terrible ******************* I keep getting the run around.Until These things are replaced. I will pursue forward the process to see it all is corrected.Today son ceiling was completed. Dec,2,2021 It was sanded & textured. I will do the painting of it. Still No Word on Drip ************** replacement. Once completed I will not mind at all to remove any negative feedback. At the moment , this is the situation I am in. And these are my notes.Edit: Dec,3,21 *********************** Sales Consultant lied to me from the beginning. He Said they had Office in ************ my online search shows RidgeStar Roofing in ****** on ****************. is closed.Also my findings show RidgeStar Roofing located at this address on this Website is misleading . ***** ***************************** doesn't have office space or warehouse space. ***** ***************************** is chasing behind insurance claims where Hurricanes touch down without having a solid **************** My findings recovered ***** ***************************** is hiring anyone off the streets to do jobs here where I'm located . Horrible Company. ***************************** Review : 12-4-21 (Saturday) yesterday Roofer was sent to my house to see what drip edge had to be replaced. Today Roofers come back with the wrong Drip edge & the drip edge brought was scraped up anyways. The roofers tore drip edges off house , and left . They left the damaged drip edge on shed. I told them before I even knew they were leaving that they have to pull damaged piece from shed . They acted like they didn't want to change that piece. Said to me, drip edge on shed a problem? I SAID YES, Its a problem. Its ************* also visible. I pay for new. not damaged. They loaded their ladder an left w/o saying anything. Never came back.Now my shingles are torn up. no drip edge. Here are photos of the train wreck. Very un organized work. I will continue my reviews on work *********************** Im at a lost for words at this point. Photos are more visible on desktop than a phone. Damage is Even more visible with the naked eye. My front shed singles don't even line up at all. This extra work having to pull off damaged drip edges is putting more wear & tear on roof edges. adding more nails , then removing damaged drip edges ridgestar installed. And shooting more holes. Its all damaging roof more. ****************** No one cares of the depth of strain Im being put through as a paid in full customer. Beware who you let do more damage than good. Because that's what is happening here.12-5-21 SALES Consultant *********************** left New Orleans an headed back to ******. Said He wanted no part of Ridge Star Roofing anymore. Now ***** ***************************** has no one left to fix roof . And is trying to black mail me into removing review here. Saying he will not fix damages he created with his Brand Ridge Star roofing. Im left with no choice now but to contact others authorities. ***** is not satisfying replacements on the damages created on home through Ridge Star Roofing. BE AWARE . Extremely Unprofessional. ***** had *********************** his Sales consultant use strategies like lie to me about having a commercial roofing company in ******.After everything began going wrong on this roof job. I began researching and found there is no Ridge Star commercial roofing company in ******. It has been closed with a long time. So I was sold on giving this company my money through a fraud tendency . A lie by these people. And the Craftsmanship work done on my roof shows no professional work. Ridge Star roofing is not BBB accredited through the Better Business Bureau .
