This company began doing great work (I had several jobs needed done). But then I was confronted on several occasions being told they needed more money even though the agreement was one third up front, one third mid way, and one third at the end of the job. I stupidly trusted them and gave them money each time until I had paid for the work in full before it was done. The work took almost a year because they would be working elsewhere and continually told me they would be back in a day or two but I would not see them anywhere from one week to a month. Another agreement was they would replace a seamless gutter that was removed with another seamless gutter but they replaced it with one that came in sections. I was told they could not find a gutter company that would come out for that small of a job but I found two within one hour that said they would. I did tell them I was okay with the gutter they installed but it goes without saying that the job should be completed and the gutter would function as it should. That was not the case. The installation was incomplete and water would run out between the gutter and the awning it was connected to. Though I informed them of these issues more than once, they never bothered to check on them. So I contacted a gutter company to remove and replace the gutter with a seamless gutter as was supposed to be done in the first place. I reported this to my contractor along with the cost since he never completed his gutter installation and never checked on the issues. I paid for the new gutter at time of installation and emailed my contractor the invoice showing the new gutter installed and paid for in full and I expected reimbursement since I had already paid him for it . It has been a month and a half and I have not been reimbursed. Furthermore, there is a drainage job that was never completed. There are little piles of dirt with rocks left up and down the whole length of my ditches on the yard side which makes it difficult to mow.

We were contacted by Mr. ******* and ***** ******r to do some updating to their home. after changing their minds at least five times on what they wanted done and us driving to their home 40 minutes one-way on several occasions at no cost to them. We finally have a set game plan for their work .Once work began, they again changed their minds and added more work and changed the direction of the job scope this is typically known as a change order which the client pays for. I did not charge Mr. *******, anything for these changes, nor for my time rewriting their quotes at least five times and driving out there to submit them , we completed the remodel vinyl and addition with no issues whatsoever and I was told on several occasions that they were pleased with our work they believe they are owed $800 for a seamless gutter which is incorrect. Mr. ******* told me he was fine with that gutter and was happy and then changed his mind and hired a gutter company to come out there and replace the gutter without giving me any kind of heads up , and now expect me to pay For it. We have been over backwards to make these clients happy because customer satisfaction is Elite home improvements number one priority. We feel this job is complete and done and the allegations in his complaint or false. Furthermore, the ******* have resorted to harassing me with text messages and emails
