Went in for an oil change left with my engine light on. Drove back and was told it has nothing to do with the oil change. My light was NEVER on when I went in. They would not do anything for it. My car drove terribly - brakes didnt work well, car rumbled like something was loose AFTER my oil change. My husband took it to autozone and found that the air filter casing was disconnected which stopped the air flow to the mass air flow sensor Which caused the check engine light to go on. Herb Chambers Toyota is turning into an untrustworthy business. Maybe this would not have happened to a man which shows how despicable these guys are. ****** kept telling me the check engine light had nothing to do with the oil change. Which begs the question, why then did the check engine light come on and WHY was the mass air flow disconnected if I take my car in for an oil change and a 5 point check? Even **** the manager refused to look at the car when I asked the same question about the check engine light. BEWARE! This is now a very fraudulent business. Check other yelp reviews.
