            On June 3, 2024 we purchased a security system from SimpliSafe w/free installation. We received the attached emails on June 3, 2024 regarding the purchase but no activation code to provide to the ************ to install the security system. I have been contacting SimpliSafe multiple times over the past month to try to get the activation code but am told something different each time of why they can't provide this information. Today, 07-18-24, the ******** Service agent ***** ***************) stated that we couldn't be provided with the information because the system was purchased on March 22nd. This system was purchased on June 3, 2024. I sent an email to the Ceo of SimpliSafe, ***************************** regarding the inability of multiple staff members not being able to help with this and notified him that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint.

            I have had one of their cameras for years. It worked well. I could check inside my house to see if my 92 year old mother in law was ok. I could look at the recordings of motions in the house. Suddenly I could no longer view the recordings as I had before. When I called they said the were no longer providing the records UNLESS I paid them $9.99 a month which I had not had to pay in the past and which was not part of the original purchase agreement. So I can either pay them or buy another camera with a smart card and not have to pay anyone anything.
