      I tried the 14-day free trial with Aura...late at night, after midnight on 14th day they attempted to charge my checking account $96.00. There was no email notification alerting me of this renewal/membership charges. Wow!!! this is real sneaky non-professional stuff. It left me thinking "Is this a scam??"
      My bank, thankfully, alerted me, stopped the $96.00 and reported Aura to their Fraud Dept.
      Hey Aura, send out those renewal reminders to customers either via email and/or text with the date and price of their membership. Do this simple courtesy for customers. You will have satisfied customers and less cancellations. I tried cancelling my membership on-line, it was an absolute headache there were technical issues. Customer service was cool I got it cancelled with no charges needing to be reversed. Why do I still have this creepy feeling about Aura? Live and learn.

      I signed up for Aura Identity Theft and then after paying found that my Financial Institution is not on their list. I then did not want to pay $21 monthly seeing as they could not provide the complete service offered. I was informed that Aura only credits an account if you buy an annual membership. I feel that the issues I ran into should be clearly disclosed BEFORE you sign up. I feel frauded as they are not able to provide the service nor will they refund my money. I might add that I signed up AND requested the cancellation within minutes of finding that my Financial Institution is not one they monitor.       I would not go with this company. They said they sent a notice of renewal but I did not receive it. I was out of town with they took $325.00 out of my account. I called when I got back and they said I had to pay in full for the entire year even though I wanted to cancel. Apparently, I was 6 days too late which makes NO SENSE!

      I have experienced several technical difficulties with this app after paying for a premium service. I finally get a resolution to receive a partial discount and Aura has returned money to a different account than what was verified. Unprofessional, high hold times, delayed to no response with inquiries or customer service issues. Steer clear.

      I called to try to get a investigation done on a unauthorized number. They said that someone called and did an number change on my account. I’ve been dealing with identity issues for years from a ex and when I called I was told that if they have enough info that they can call and change anything that they wanted and they did not try to investigate anything so i canceled. What are y’all for?
