1 starSeems I am among the many that have had recent issues with orders being canceled due to the item being listed at an incorrect price. Yesterday I ordered a stand up outdoor heater for $99. Today I received an email that the heater had been canceled at my request however the cover was still being shipped. I call customer service and am told that I did indeed cancel the order which is not true. I continued to question the ** rep and she then stated that my Wayfair card had insufficient funds, also a lie. I told her the card currently had a zero dollar balance. I asked if the order was canceled because today the heater is now $250 and had been priced wrong. She attempted to backpedal for a few minutes and placed me on hold. Spoke to a manager next who after several minutes of feeding the same excuses as above, stated that it was indeed canceled because it had been priced wrong. Not my fault and shady business in my eyes. She explained that it is their policy to cancel items that are priced wrong and she would offer me 10% off my next purchase. Absolutely terrible business. Extremely poor customer service, products damaged, logistics integrations with carriers a joke, etc, etc. I tried to order a few things from them over the last year, and every time there was something wrong. We returned or canceled the majority of our orders with them. A few examples, one time they gave a tracking number and said they delivered a large multi-item order (couch, side tables, etc.) but never received them after months of back and forth. Another item was advertised as Sunbrella but it was definitely not and the stitching was coming undone all over the umbrella. We have had multiple product colors not match what is shown on the website. Then on top of all of the issues I have had with WayFair, they alway use ***** which with every single shipment I have received through them, there were issues. Twice they delivered to the wrong address, many times said it was delivered in WayFair and ***** applications but didn't receive at all or until days later, boxes damaged, and so on. I just tried to do a return on the very last item I will ever purchase from them and of course it took multiple phone calls to actually get someone to help. WayFair CS said they scheduled the pickup but days later nothing. After calling back no one could confirm. When I wanted to speak further about the issues I was facing they told me my account was escalated to an "executive team", however there was no way I could speak to this team and it was out of the normal customer support scope. So, essentially no one there I could speak with. Extremely shady business practices, terrible business relationships with the worst delivery service in *****, poor quality products shipped from who knows where, and zero accountability of helping out their customers. You get what you pay for, so maybe I should have expected it, but I will gladly pay extra to a business who conducts themselves with integrity.Wayfair, LLC

Ordered a bunch of items during the Way Day Sale. Received an email today stating that my cancellation was successful, but I never cancelled. Contacted customer service via chat and was told part of my Way Day sale order was cancelled by the backend team because of price margin error, price being way below margin. Between my issue and others reporting the same issues, I dont understand how its possible that Wayfair have price issues for more then a few items. Very disappointed, prices should be honored as advertised on Way Day sale. We have a huge backyard to fill and Wayfair was the source for us to go. Already spend thousands of dollars between our 2 accounts. For not honoring the price for a couple of our items that we had already ordered, we are very upset and will take our business elsewhere to fill the other half of our yard, and future business needs. The company does not deserve to be in the business. No ***************** No sense of Guilt for mistakes they make, No sense of *************************** No Appreciation. Request for Replacement parts due to transit damage and end up having to pay for it because no one processed it. The company is a *************************** should investigate why their review is near at 1 out of 5. First time buying it and regret every ************** I spent with this ridiculous company.Wayfair, LLC

I bought a Ugears Massage chair from Wayfair in April 2021. This chair worked for 1 year and 2 weeks and there is no one to help repair this extremely expensive chair purchased for $749 now selling 1 year later at $1200. Wayfair is still actively selling this chair to consumers knowing that there is no one available to fix it should a problem occur and replacement parts are not available. I am willing to pay to repair it since it is out of the warranty period but no one will help me! I was given two different numbers from Wayfair that were invalid. Now I have this $1000 chair that completely stopped working and I have to haul to the dump at my own cost. I am so disappointed in Wayfair for selling this companies cheap ***** made chair that offer zero customer support after purchase. Both ********************** and Ugears have said they are unwilling to help me. How can they continue to scam consumers into buying such an expensive chair that is not repairable?Wayfair, LLC

I have ordered 3 different styles of kitchen cabinet hardware recently from Wayfair in April 2022. I've decided on one and would like to return the other two. I will be ordering more of the preferred style. However, the two that I would like to return comes in two separated delivery. After I went through the return process online, I am being charge $4.95 for each return. Heres their response: These two separate items will need to be returned separately. They both came from and will need to return to, two different warehouses. That is the reason for the different labels.I ordered from "Wayfair", not Wayfair warehouses. How Wayfair carries out the shipping logistics is not the consumer's responsibility. I did not place 2 separate orders nor was informed that my order will be shipped from 2 different warehouses. I will accept the return shipping fee once, not twice. Wayfair can return to their own warehouse on their own dime. Out of the $12.88 I paid for the 2 return items, I only get back $2.56? I purchased three house numbers for $13.75 each totaling $41.25. I needed to return them and discovered my refund is $25.00! When I contacted a company **** ******* she informed me it was a shipping policy. WayFair advertises free shipping on all orders and I expected to pay a small fee to return. So this must be how WayFair is able to ship our purchases free of charge- they collect exorbitant fees when someone returns an item.I will not be purchasing from this company again. I spent several hours picking out patio furniture from Wayfair. Nearly $1750 later, I then had to rearrange my schedule twice because their shipping date changed, which meant my installation date changed as well.I then find out that fed-ex has to leave the boxes outside of my condo, so I have to bring in 3 boxes that weigh between ***** lbs in myself. Apparently, Wayfair can only bring furniture inside of a home if it weighs 150 lbs or over. It would be nice to know that little caveat up front. I suggest that Wayfair makes their delivery policy more clear on their website.Sadly, I didnt look at Wayfairs reviews beyond what they have on their own website. I wasted way too much of my time for absolutely nothing. They were, however gracious enough to waive my return fee, making it clear that it was a one time return fee waiver. How thoughtful. I can assure you that Wayfair wont need to worry about me doing returns in the future, as I have zero intention of ordering from them again.Wayfair, LLC

My experience with Wayfair was extremely terrible. We had a delivery date which wasn't met. I reached out and they guaranteed me a replacement in time. An hour late, I received notice that the replacement wouldn't arrive in time. I reached back out and they said their rep should have never told me that and there is nothing they can do. Everything arrived way late.Then I was told that when it arrived, they would handle getting our installation within 48 hours. Our installation was cancelled three times and finally refunded with an apology that they can't do it. I reached out to Wayfair about their guarantee of install within 48 hours and was once again met with, we shouldn't have told you that. Sorry, we can't do anything for you.Wayfair, LLC

I used to be a huge Wayfair fan. Their designs are great, and while their products are definitely made cheaper than most Wayfare stood behind them. They were often damaged in shipping, but Wayfare always made sure to credit you back a reasonable amount or send a new piece to fix it. That seems to have changed in the past two years, theres been a shift in company priorities from customer support to ***** pinching. When my vanity for my bathroom arrived damaged, I went on the website and clicked problem with item and uploaded pictures. They offered me 20% to keep the damaged item which I thought was reasonable. Then I was directed to contact customer service, where they said basically just kidding how about 5%? That was barely enough to cover the gas to drive to the store and buy the items I would need to fix my brand new (supposed) vanity. That was my last Wayfair purchase and I hope you use caution yourself. The company has had a shift in priorities and you are not one of them.Wayfair, LLC
