I received a BJ's membership coupon to join for $20 thru Nift. I ordered it and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a BJ's rewards membership, which I did. I was immediately charged $69.31. I never received an email from Nift or BJ's giving me my membership. Instead I keep getting emails from Nift to use my $20 gift. However as you can see from the attached bank screenshot I was charged $69.31. I am not paying more money for a BJ's membership as I paid enough already. I've been going back and forth with the company and all they did was give me a Nift gift card code that will either get me liquid IV for a discount or a discount on AAA membership. I don't want to pay them more money, I want to get my money back. This has been very frustrating and at this point I don't even want to join BJ's or have anything to do with Nift. I'm asking for a refund of $69.31 which I paid on Dec. 24, 2023.Business Response

I got a gift card from another business for making a payment and I emailed Nift several times asking if I could use it for something else because I do not keep wine in my house and only have a glass if Im out to dinner and I have not recieved any follow up even after multiple emails that have been ignored. I would like to instead get a check for the amount of the gift card or to be able to use the card for something besides wineBusiness Response

Fraudulent emails are being sent to our customers with my business name, ************, via Nift. We have never done any business with Nift nor signed up for any promotional items from Nift. Our business clients are receiving emails offering "free gifts" from this company. They are using our logo and business name to send these email invitations. It is saying that "Wellness 360 appreciates their service, so here is a gift." Better Business Bureau:I have not heard directly from the business about my complaint. After investigation, I found that Mindbody (a scheduling app that we utilize) has partnered with gonift. Mindbody responded to our complaint and has deactivated gonift from being able to send promotions to our participants. While I do not find it right that we were not notified that this service was sending promotional items to our participants, they did promptly respnd to our request. So I have reviewed the response submitted by the affiliated business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I used a Nift credit received while using the MindBody app for a Byte impression kit. Before purchase, Nift stated the Byte gift included a teeth whitening kit. The teeth whitening kit did not arrive with my impressions. Byte informed me the whitening kit only ships with the purchased of aligners. Nift failed to state this in the gift selection. I would not have selected this gift if Nift stated the teeth whitening kit only came with purchase of aligners. I have contacted Nift twice and they have not responded.Business Response
