As I've sat here reading all theses reviews i really just cant believe all the stuff that's being said .As i myself work for this company and i merch and audit for them so i want to make a few things clear as I'm only speaking for myself and what i have experienced first yes the Frito resets are long and flustering but you have to read everything and make sure you take pictures correctly or you will be sent back or not paid for doing the job wrong that is not there fault if you don't get paid and this place is not a scam as I've read here in comments and yes you do get paid thru open force but in order for that to happen you have to make sure you register with them that's separate from there app I've got to say I've been subcontracting with this company 2 years now and they are great they have always worked with me and I've always been paid for my jobs and if there was something wrong with pay i bring it too there attention and they make it right I LOVE doing jobs for this company and will continue to do jobs for them i always refer people and if your looking for a job i say this is it don't always believe what you read from reviews I'm the type that is try it if you like it you might have found your dream job as i have and its not for everyone and that's all i have to say and as i said in the beginning I'm not speaking for the company im speaking for what I've experienced with them myself as a sub contractor Thank you survey for always understanding and making jobs available for me ****** *******Survey.com

I was called and begged to work an early morning chip reset at ******. Reluctantly, I agreed thinking they needed help and knowing the holiday season was near. I arrived at 3:45, located the reset team leader in the chip aisle and worked for 4+hours with them resetting the whole aisle, including replacing shelving, restocking and boxing surplus product. Survey is now denying the pay. I assume the l they're not paying the team leader either.Survey.com

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing the details, we found that the requested logbook and tablet photo were not submitted, and the photos provided were for a different section than what was asked. The logbooks are necessary as the time specified largely exceeds the time tracked onsite.

This corporation is build off the backs of people they hate look at the long list of grievances and they are still allowed to operate, I've been discriminated against by this companies employees and their partners openforce they split into three companies to hide from the fact they they are unprofessional and unethical as well as messy. They are all having affairs with each other except for the older top management, I turned down one of them and became the weirdo of the bunch after since they like to talk in corners about people. My second day there a supervisor for the construction side was trying to flirt with a girl who obviously wasn't interested and I walked by her and caught her attention even though I didn't say a thing and he became jealous and used that as a reason to try and use online information he doesn't even know about in a effort to tarnish my reputation and livelihood in the town as they later that day talked to managers of ******* and dollar tree in a attempt to make me look bad as they heard I was trying to get a job to replace them as I figured they were messy and had no real control. Their other corporations are *****, **** and merchandiser by survey. The ones having affairs and smoking on the clock are ****** ****** and a supervisor with a white hoodie.Survey.com

Survey.com is the biggest scam. I worked two assignments for them and never got paid. They blamed it on the payment company they use called Openforce. I was smart enough not to work any more assignments until I got paid to be sure this company was legit. Needless to say, I didnt work anymore assignments for them since months later, still no pay. Did not get sucked into the scam.!Survey.com

1 starBy far the worst company I have ever been paid by. I did not work here I slaved for here and they still owe me nearly $1000. They removed assignments off my account without paying them not to mention the platform is filled with a bunch of freaking Mexicans working with a bunch of white people, Black people and Asian people of course along with Mexicans, but we all know what is happening in ******* with Mexicans against everyone else because they feel entitled to our land here. Do not get me wrong the white people that work for this company or some of the Worst as well but the fact that these people only hire Mexicans to give out jobs bonuses pay, and those Mexicans are prejudice, guarantee you are not getting paid just like me!Review fromGiGi D

This company is on its way for a lawsuit from the labor board each state. Survey.com makes you work for ***** for 7.5 hours. This is their scam. They offer a deal working upto 4 hours for a ***** hr reset. The first reset your funds are in the account within 6 hours. 3.5 hours work ***** . ******** will call you the morning . Praising you and tells you the save the ***** number in your phone. The next morning. Theyll call you with a scam. We will pay you ***** an hour upto 5 hours per Frito Lay reset. Ive 4 reset for you . Well pay you ***** for gas and a 40 dollar bonus Youre driving 124 miles one way for 1 of the 4 they are requesting. That ****** for 4 reset. Its back breaking. The hours worked are 7 per store. Not easy with no training. The 1st reset I did took 7.0 excluding a 30 minute lunch. The praise I received from District Manager and Manager. Youre the best yet. I had 3 more to go. I uploaded pictures and documentation properly. I had to work with a planogram that didnt match the store supply. The manager selected his own planogram and I called ****** with Survey.com. He stated document it. It look amazing. When I awoke around 3:30 am to travel to the next reset . Wait for it. It said ***** for 7 hours hard labor. I text immediately. ******** says . Ill be in your account in 1-2 days. I know not to continue until my pay was adjusted. This is 8 days later and my pay is still showing *****. They arent following the hourly pay guidelines for each state . File with local labor board . This is a SCAM !!Survey.com

I had a perfect rating for the vast majority of my time with this app. The only time it was lowered was due to miscommunication, and decided in my favor. Suddenly, they got mad that I did exactly what was requested, plus some. They used my excellent history against me instead of treating me with respect, got rude, and refused to pay me the promised wages. They claimed I didn't live up to "expectations", meaning I didn't read their minds and exceed the work that was requested. They flat-out lied about the length of time they "tracked" me at a location in an attempt to justify not paying me what I was owed. When that didn't work, they returned to claiming I didn't do enough. They used to be good to work with, but failed suddenly and spectacularly.Survey.com

As soon as this situation was escalated and reviewed, a bonus of the missing amount was applied due to the specific issue that had occured. We reached out and confirmed that the bonus was applied and ensured that the proper contact information was provided to ensure any issues moving forward are immediately reported. 1 starthis company is a scam and do not use the emergency app on their app to so called upload pics they say they didn't get, it is bull and they have more access to your phone and other private pics and they will more than likely get away with it not unless the better business bureu will step in and shut these ppl down and that needs to be done. They are not americans that we are dealing with and I do not want to hear that doesn't matter, h*** yes it does!! they have scammed me and others as i have read out of money and are getting by with it.
