I've used this company for some time, but somewhere along the line they changed....in the name of "making sure my account is secure". I've been sending money without any issues. But since a couple of days ago, I've been trying to send some money to no avail. I was asked to provide my ID and do face recognition which I did and message said I was confirmed. But when I tried sending the money, the message pops up that my ID verification is in progress and should wait for an email...what!!! That was 2 days ago and kp getting the same message. So today I decide to Chat, the agent tells me that the system detected that I have 2 accounts ...like What??!! No I don't, I have one account...ONE!! Only thing I updated on it was my email and address. The agent asks me to give info for my old and new account...and I'm like...I have only one account, but I proceed to gather up the info....next thing I know I was disconnected in less than 2 mins...as I typed the info requested. The agent seemed to have some chip in her, not sure why. All this while I'm wondering, why do I, all of a sudden have 2 accounts??!! Yet I sent money earlier this week or so several times and had no issue. This info was updated a long time ago...some years now ..and now all of a sudden there's a problem!!! So I'm wondering, did someone use my info to open another account??!! Or when I updated my email and address their system sees that as 2 accounts???!!I'm Soo Frustrated!!! I tried to Chat again, and was told there was no agent to assist me....Really!!! Someone advised me to use another company and didn't listen bcz I thought being with sendwave for years was a gd thing. Well, time to listen and move on. It's a great thing that Sendwave is NOT the only company you can use to send money. If you want Peace of mind....leave Sendwave alone!!! sent money through Sendwave in May, the receiver never received the money. I made several calls, online chats with Sendwave, sent all the documents they requested to prove the money never got into the receivers account. These documents were requested twice and sent both times. They never return email, no call backs and no refund. I will never use Sendwave and advise people to avoid Sendwave. I should have been more careful because they almost stole my money several months ago but after several calls it was refunded but this time they did not refund or deposit the money into the receivers account. As you all know you receive credit if you recommend this app. As a influencer I took advantage of that and recommended on my social media account to receive my credit. I got about 200 in CREDIT in 1 day and next day was GONE!!! Got in contact through chat support, multiple phone calls and all they say is that they will escalate the issue and get back to me. Which they never did and I keep sending emails and never get a response on why that happened or what so ever, get my credit back. It's very disappointed and embarrassed. I SPENT A WHOLE DAY SENDING THIS *** TO PEOPLE AND HELPING THEM TO USE THE *** AND THEY TAKE MY CREDIT AWAY? AND NEVER RESPONDS BACK. This is awful!Sendwave Response

I sent money to ******* of $300. Sendwave states it was delivered but the recipient bank did not receive any amount . I talked to an agent at Sendwave about this and all I got was they are waiting response from their partner bank. I kept contacting Sendwave agent and they keep on saying everyday that they have to escalate the case and make it urgent while they are investigating with their partner bank on why the money was not really delivered or received by the recipient. From June 7 , 2024 until now July 5, 2024. Sendwave agent keeps on telling me they are excavating my case and needs an extension to my patience. I don't have any idea if they are planning on returning my money or keeping it and making excuses on how the money disappeared. My family is starving ever since on the money not received to her bank account. Even the bank UBA , where the recipient receives money I sent don't have any transaction sent by Sendwave of $300 that was process by UBA It looks like Sendwave is trying to pocket money , it's been a month now and the recipient have not received any single dollar I sent June 6, 2024. I don't have any other one to turn to for help regarding this matter. Hoping someone can. Thanks.Sendwave Response

I sent a transaction for $47 on June 30th. When it didn't go through I canceled it the next day. I still have not gotten my refund and it's now July 5th. **************** keeps telling me it's going to be another 24 to 48 hours. It is many days more than 48 hours. They still have my money. Stay away from this companySendwave Response

I send $1400 on 5/20/2024 and the recipient did not get the money. The money was not deposited in the account. They initially said they had an issue but was resolved and promised the money will be paid into my account before the end of May 20th but failed. I called on May 21th. Requesting a cancellation since they could not send it. The agent I spoke with said she was going to put a request for the transaction to be canceled and asked that I send an email to help expedite the cancellation and refund - which I did. But to my surprise, I got a text message stating that the money has been paid in the receivers account but they actually didnt pay the money in the account. I called them on 5/22/24 and uploaded the bank statement to prove that the money was not paid in the account and since then they have been giving me the run around. I have been calling them since then and there is still no resolution. Sendwave is defrauding people and need to be investigated. They are a scam and must be stopped. ISendwave Response

I sent $1508.50 from ************* to ******* on May 11th 2024 using Sendwave. Now my money is nowhere to be found.Sendwave did not deposit the money into the recipient account at *********** in ******* held by **************************************** and they did not reversed the transaction back to my ************* account.My ********************** app said the money was delivered but it was not. So i contacted my recipient he told me the money is never deposited in his account. I confronted ********************** who said they need my recipient bank statement from ******* to resolve the issue.Even after getting them the bank statement Sendwave did not get me back my lost funds.The tactic of Sendwave has been to stall things by asking me to give them 24 to 48 hours to investigate the matter but this goes on and on with no end, My suspicion was raised to new level when Sendwave begun lying each time I make a call to their customer service telling me all the time give them 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue that they are trying to get a response from their partner, and they havent responded in 2 weeks holding on to my money,I need my money back,its 2 weeks now.Sendwave Response

I usually dont write reviews! Its time to search for a different App. I used to use this App and I have money Missing and reps just hang up on you! The Worst! Will probably try Tap tap send or exchange money locally this App, STAY AWAY ! I will be checking reviews on it and writing on every online presence I can find!
