I sent money to the wrong recipient. Called sendwave they said they will follow up. From then I know I will loose the money. I sent someone to the *** where the was processed for the wrong recipient and was told that the money have been withheld and will not be disbursed to the wrong recipient. *** wanted me to bring documentation from Sendwave to prove that the money was sent to the wrong person. I called sendwave and they refused to give me any documentation. The lady assured me that they will communicate with their partner which is *** and refund the money. I just received a text that their communication was unsuccessful. Please read other's experiences on ****** before using sendwave. There are better choices of international money transfers out there with little or no risk than sendwave. Fortunately for me it wasn't much money but I believe sendwave can do better than what they currently do in the event that someone mistakenly send funds to the wrong person. Look before you leap!!Sendwave

Not impressed with Sendwave I sent money to my account back home and it has been 72hours that the money is stuck to processing. The transaction did not go through and I am not able to get any updates from sendware customer service. All I am getting from is their system is down. I cannot get my money and i was promised that a manager will reach out to me and so far nothing. I am not impressed with the quality of service I am receiving from sendwave. Sendwave please reach out to me and give me my $500 back.Thank youSendwave

Pathetic experience Did 2 transfers and for both asked me to provide additional ID info for reciepent. Guess what ?one of the reciepent was my self.I have used multiple other services and never had such an experience.Yes you may be giving a better rate but a much bigger headache. Even the phone number for your compliance team does not work.Icing on the cake, you compliance team takes 24 to 48 hours to review submitted documents.Sendwave

I send money to ***** on 3/9/25 , 328 dollars. My receiver has not receive the money to this point . I called for cancellation, still the same games they have to reach out to the 3rd party , I have been talking to the customer service no help different information every day. Send wave doesnt care about their customers . I need my refund this will be the last time am using send waveSendwave

I sent some funds and they had "issues" with the system. The funds had been pending for almost 4 days and finally it changed to delivered. While it was pending, i called the support to cancel it 2 times but still, they didn't do anything to cancel it. I checked the app to see the status and it had changed to delivered and funds debited from my account. The recipient didn't and have not received anything yet. I have contacted the support but they have not been helpful at all just been reading from a script. If I could give negative stars, I would!!Sendwave

Please avoid using this serviceits a scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. Transactions are not processed in a timely manner; instead, they remain in processing status for an extended period, with the company blaming delays on local partners. **************** is unhelpful and consistently misleading. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. Money transfers should be fast and handled with urgencyanything less is unacceptable.Sendwave

I used Sendwave a couple times already and I even used the wallet feature just now. I just noticed that the rate shown is not the same as the converted amount that was sent. So I used their chat service and was not helped accordingly by the agent (named *****)who seems to just copy paste her answer. No empathy at all except for the scripted one. She even ended the convo without getting any resolution. She kept telling me same stuff which does not answer my question. She was so defensive without trying to understand the question. Sendwave should look also on the conversion rate if it is real time. Its so deceiving and so frustrating for customers like me whos trying to find a reliable money transfer company.Sendwave

I create created an account with this 419 company Sendwave Or whatever its called And during the process of me creating my account I can easily see its a like or actually is 419 Nigerian scammer So I wanted to delete my account and it simply wont let me The fear is now this miserable 419 Sendwave fraud do have some of my information Now I wonder what will they do with any of my information very interesting I am monitoring what is happening and ready to get legal help from higher authorities if my information is sold or used to commit fraud My advice do not use this disgusting 419 ********* Sendwave.Sendwave

1 star only because 0 is not an option!!Ive been using the same debit card issued to a 501(c)(3) charity for years! I used it last week to try to send tuition funds to ***** and was blocked because I cannot use a commercial card. I tried explaining to a couple of geniuses on chatline I have never used any other card but I would have been more successful pushing a tank up a hill. Sendwave *****. **************** is non-existent. Chat line ***** - 80 minute wait! Phone line ***** - 60 minute wait!Use at your peril!Sendwave
