      If I could leave o stars I would. I've oened my home for 30 yrs i wanted to downsize as my children have moved etc. I have no criminal record, meet.the income requirements and my credit while not great was within their " brackets" but I still used a guarantor to be safe who has near perfect credit, Has paid off their home 15 yrs early and a brand new car early and also no criminal record Had to pay company the $50 fee for back ground check on them too. Why? They weren't going to be living there, credit check Sure, background check that I have to pay for No!The top of their application also said rejected yet all the way down said applicant meets requirerments?Oddly enough while we were in the office. Two previously unavailable units suddenly became available! So is anyone able to get in here? Seems like a great way for a company to make money.Lastly the apartment manager had said it would take 1-5 business days to hear back. I didn't complete and submit app until well after midnight but my rejection came just 4 hours later? Right!_

      Rentgrow is a horrible program it denies a person for credit history and the information is not up to date at all most other reviews and reasons are for no good reason as well. I applied to ******** to live and was denied because of negative times that have been paid and removed as well as showing a credit score from over 90 days ago. I contacted an agent at the property I applied to and she states there is nothing they can do. I say there has to be an error because I have reached out to experian and checked several of my own credit monitoring systems. She stated "IT" said you were denied for such reasons so there is nothing I can do but you can apply with someone with stronger credit she says there is nothing THEY can do im starting to believe there is something else underlining their decision making. She was very rude about it as if Itbwas an issue that I was reaching out with concerns and pointing out that human errors are possible her only response was get a co-signer with stronger credit instated Im not going to reapply when my credit is up to par the system let screening was done incorrectly she then ended the call when putting in applications for rentals please inquire if they use this program so you dont waste money or time on applications. I have less than 3 weeks to move and calling consumers is only making this process longer for me.if I could put zero stars I would

      I applied for an apartment in ******* recently. RentGrow ultimately caused my application to be denied despite my ability to produce accurate & correct information in the form of ******************** to contradict the inaccurate information RentGrow provided the leasing office of the apartment. I have debt noted on my credit report, however, I have been enrolled in a debt relief program for over 3 ********* provided receipts confirming over $12k in payments to my debt relief program, which led to settlement ************** reduction. The screener report cited severe level of collection items & severe level of late credit payments as denial reasons, which are common notations on credit reports when people use debt relief companies to settle their debts. The report inaccurately stated my employment history, claiming only 7 months of employment history, despite having worked in the education industry for over 14 years, with no lapses or breaks between jobs. My rental history is VERY positive, & Ive consistently paid utilities for MANY years as well. My primary income was listed incorrectly and lower than my actual gross pay, leading to another denial reason: Insufficient income to support rent. I confirmed with the apartment complex that gross income is used for the primary income application requirements. RentGrows inaccurate & falsely acquired reporting data shows clear discriminatory & selective approval practices which prevent good people from renting homes. Im concerned about the potential consequences of their bogus reporting, their so-called system, and the data they share. It causes homelessness for many individuals. I was told to submit a dispute with them. I did and am waiting for a response. Instead of preventing homelessness & housing instability, companies like RentGrow are the problem & actually contribute to housing *************************** Their practices should be investigated thoroughly.

      Rentgrow is a program I believe denies a person for no good reason. I applied for a place to live and was denied because of something in my civil history so i go take a look and only found one late rent payment from 7 years ago. i contact the person I was in contact with about the place and she states there is nothing they can do. I say i have a 14 year rental history with the same place 14 year steady employment and good credit and im being denied because of what she said "IT" said which was civil history. she says there is nothing THEY can do im starting to believe there is something else underlining their decision making. when putting in applications for rentals please inquire if they use this program so you dont waste money on applications.

      I was approved (with conditions) for an apartment on the 20th, then denied on the 25th for those same conditions. Ive been trying to find answered because I have never heard of being approved then denied for the same reason.

      I have been denied for almost a year due to this place from multiple apartments,everytime I get an account removed and they screen it goes back on my report,they refuse to put my income in even though I provided 6plus months worth,and I don't owe these accounts anylonger,well over 7 years old and aren't evicts,and I can't find any company that isn't screening with them,my reports are not correct I disputed and still sent the same thing back
