This is a terrible, rigid, unreasonable business woman. A prom dress was purchased, and within minutes my young woman wanted to return it because it was exorbitantly expensive and way over budget. There was no flexibility whatsoever. I even offered a 10% restocking fee. Having worked in retail for many years, I understand how these things work and she could have easily made that refund and have a happy customer in the future. Now she has two less customers who will be spreading the word.She should be ashamed of herself for treating teenagers like that, knowing that they don't have the experience to stand up to someone.0 stars.

This customer came into our store with no solicitation from us. She proceeded to try on prom gowns and chose one. In the the front I stated how much the gown was and if she wanted to put a partial deposit. She stated no she wanted to pay for the whole gown and take it with her. She then gave her debit card and used her pin number. Our policy is store credit only as stated on her receipt and through out our store and at the register. All we did was help out a customer we are never rude or mistreat any customer regardless of age.
