Had a new representative. When I started I was ordering electric ergonomically correct tables for my staff. Between multiple quotes I received not only non electrical, but not even cranks. I received standard tables that manually have to be set to height.Grant it some was of the issue was on my part, not paying enough attention to the multiple quotes trusting that the representative was giving me the products that I had originally requested.I attempted to make this right and the manager would not budge at all to make this right. i would have to pay for freight to send parts back and also a "restocking" fee for each item, which he later told me they throw away because they are considered used. We are forced to keep the items we have as we are a non profit hospital and unable to afford to send everything back and re-order would be 75% more of what we paid. Because of paperwork, *** just played the blame game and now we are keeping the items that we do not want do to lack of new rep not knowing enough pay attention to detail to make sure the customer is getting what they want and not offering any resolution to the customer that would not be at our expense.So, so disappointed in spending the amount of money that we did. Don't trust them, do your due diligence and read everything before paying which they want before they will send the product by the way.

As I had told ********, their company requested 8 different quotes with multiple models and sizes of our work benches. Each quote included pull pin height adjustment, hand crank height adjustment and electric push button height adjustment.
********************* placed a formal purchase order on our company for the least expensive option the pull pin height adjustment. We filled the order per the purchase order.
After receiving the product ******** realized they had purchased the least expensive, and wanted us to send the higher priced product and pay for the product to come back. Our policy is clearly noted on our web site in our catalog that can be seen by clicking on the view catalog link. Quotes for all models were requested, we issued the quotes and an item was selected, we shipped the product that was selected. We did offer to take the product back with a restocking fee even though we did nothing wrong. Please read your quotes, if you have questions please ask them prior to placing an order. While we try and understand a customers requirement, we do not know their budgets. 80% of our customers use the pull pin adjustment and it works just fine. If you require a certain feature, express that to your sales person. If we offer it we will quote it. If we do not we will let you know, what we cannot do and will not do is tell a customer they do not want the product that they purchased.
