After purchasing a vehicle through Fafama Auto Sales there were numerous issues that arose. A month after purchase the car began to shake when braking. I brought the car back to Fafama since these were new brakes and it was still under warranty and they replaced my front rotors. After replacement, the front rotors began to shake again. Since Fafama had already replaced the rotors twice without success, I decided to bring the car to my mechanic. As soon as he removed the rotors he explained that they were extremely cheap products. He explained that the back rotors were the same low quality products and would need to be replaced in the near future ($850 total for front and rear). During this time, I had him take a look at my windows since they were malfunctioning. When purchasing the vehicle Fafama agreed to tint my windows for roughly $190. When my mechanic took the door apart to visualize the windows he noticed the malfunctioning of the windows was due to improperly installed tint. Rather than cutting the tint to size they wrapped the excess around the back side of the window resulting in the windows to shift off the track. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed there was a small chip in the windshield. They replaced the windshield and ever since I have heard a constant clicking noise. Thinking the windshield wasn't properly sealed, I brought it back to them twice so they could fix the issue. They assured me that there was nothing wrong and that the shaking sound wasn't coming from the windshield. About a week ago I brought my car to replace the windshield since I had another small chip. They called me immediately after removal to notify me that the last person who replaced my windshield ripped the rain sensor wiring rather than properly unplugging them. The noise I had been hearing was the wire smacking against the interior. Fafama made numerous errors that compromised the safety of my vehicle and resulted in insurmountable costs, stress, and time.
