The policies below may vary from the Refund and Exchange Policies for Magellan® GPS Products Purchase at an AAA Southern New England Branch.)You may request a refund or exchange of a Magellan® GPS product purchased online at AAA.com by following the instructions below. Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to your online purchase of any Magellan® GPS product from AAA Southern New England. Should you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, your ability to return the GPS for a refund or exchange may be prohibited.Refunds and Exchanges requested within 30 days:1. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange of any Magellan® GPS product not in compliance with this policy.2. Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the original date of purchase as shown on the confirmation receipt provided to you at the time of your purchase.3. All Magellan® GPS products being returned for a refund or exchange must contain the following:a. A Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) which you must obtain from AAA by calling 1-800-222-4242 ext 2137. You must provide the RAN with your return.b. A copy of your confirmation receipt evidencing the original date of purchase, which was provided to you by email at the time of your purchase.c. All original packaging and in the original condition, including all accessories.4. All items purchased online must be returned to: Teledynamics, LLC, Attn: Returns/RA#12345, 2200 Wheless Lane, Austin, TX 78723.5. All products being returned for a refund or exchange must be postmarked within 30 days from your original date of purchase as shown on your confirmation receipt.6. Shipping: You are solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the Magellan® GPS product for which you are seeking a refund/exchange to Teledynamics®. For an exchange, you are also solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of a Magellan® GPS product to you. All Magellan® GPS products must be shipped to Teledymanics® using a reputable shipping carrier, must be adequately insured to full value of the Magellan® GPS product (and accessories), and all shipments must be require a signature by Teledynamics®.7. Personal Data: Please remove all personal data (e.g., home address, favorites) from the Magellan® GPS unit prior to seeking a refund or exchange. AAA Southern New England is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a Magellan® GPS product that is being returned for a refund or exchange.8. If you are seeking a refund of Magellan® GPS Product and if it is determined that you are eligible for a refund, please be aware that you will experience a delay in the receipt of your original purchase price until AAA Southern New England receives written confirmation from Teledynamics of their receipt of your return. You will receive your refund of the original purchase price in the same form of payment as your original purchase (for example, if your original purchase was made with a credit card, your refund will be posted as a credit to that credit card).
