I was going to buy a full pallet from *****************************. In ************* but I figured Id buy a mystery box to get a feel on the products and service. And I got a feel. A very bad feeling. It took almost 3 week to come. After I emailed and called numerous times. Then I got it. I could find better items going through dumpsters outside of ******** store. And Im being as serious as I can when I say that. Unbelievable. Dirty used cheap. Stuff animals. A used MOP!! A burned cheap top for a small fish aquarium. I have a video I would love to show people. I purchased a large mystery box back on December 27 2024 and have reached out several time since then , since I haven't received the package I was sent a tracking number but the package hasn't been received (in January 2025) by the shipping place. I reached out again at the beginning February asking for a full refund and again yesterday. At this point I just want my money back and feel like I have been scamed by this company. I ordered a mystery box online from this company on December 13, 2024. After no confirmation of shipping, I inquired about the product on December 22 by email. I did not receive a response from this email. I started to thing this purchase was a scam. This box was intended as a Christmas gift, but was not received. I tried calling the phone number only to receive the message that the limit of calls had been reached for this number. Again, I am thinking this is really a scam now. I emailed again on January 8th requesting a refund. I received a response on January 9th that this matter was being sent to escalations. I responded on January 13th after no further communication. I have since disputed my transaction with my payment provider on January 15th. I have not received any resolution from that dispute. I emailed again on January 15th. I called on January 24th and was able to get through this time. However, the message was on a loop and just asked me to leave a message instead of being connected to a real person. My order is still showing as processing on their website. With the lack of communication, I continue to think I have been scammed by this company.Customer Answer
