    On April 6, I brought my vehicle to this dealer for service after experiencing a dying batter repeatedly. I paid for the problem to be diagnosed and fixed. I was told I needed a new control unit and that my keys would need to be programmed. Five days later, my car experienced a secondary issue, and subsequently died again. I brought it back and learned they had disconnected my remote start. No one had told me that was happening on the first visit. They further diagnosed the issue and needed to reconnect the remote start. Today, my car is experiencing the same exact issue it was pre- the first visit. This is to say nothing of the poor service I received (lights still disconnected and dangling when I received my car back) or unprofessional nature of the staff (sales team openly talking poorly of customers in the waiting area). Ive spoken to ***************** to try and resolve. The only resolution he would offer is to have his team look at the car further. That is unacceptable to me, as Ive lost confidence and trust in their ability to service my car.I am seeking a refund of $1,442.41 pre-tax. This totals the line items related to the electrical issue I am experiencing. They also replaced the sway bars at the same time, which I have no dispute with.

    First, they lied to me in order to justify a lower price for my trade in. I didn't find out about the lie until the deal was done. When I called them on it they did nothing. It was like talking to a brick wall. They knew I was leaving the lot as an unhappy customer Using the customer feedback form, I again expressed my concern about being lied to by a Herb Chambers employee. I got a call back and was devastated to learn that management approves employees lying to customers as part of the negotiation process as that's how they cover their overhead and "keep the lights on." If you are an elderly lady looking for a new car and Herb Chambers is your only option, please be sure to take someone with you to protect you from being lied to during the negotiation process.
