I would like to come on here and share our experience that my husband and I had with the dealership unfortunately it was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car he sold my husband a 2004 **** explorer stated to my husband and my mother-in-law that he reduced the price because it had body damage which he referred to us that it was the rocket panels on the side of the truck that needed to be replaced cuz they were rotted out after constant back and forth throughout the whole week The car never got registered after me going back and forth stating to him because he had stated to us over the phone to me and my husband if we were to take the car anywhere else to be inspected that it would fail that we had to take it to his people after arguing with him and told him I felt completely uncomfortable about the situation because the fact that he just sold us the car that won't pass inspection and we have five kids that go in that car upon further investigation of the car the car had so many issues wrong with it not accounting the fact that it will not pass inspection because it's unsafe to drive The complete underneath of the car and every single part including the axle and a tire rods were all completely rotted The car would have cost us thousands of dollars to fix more than what it cost us to buy the car unfortunately we return the car after only owning the car for a week and a half and canceled the registration and had to buy a brand new car this man causes a very big headache and sold us an unsafe car for our family

These people bought a wholesale unit that needed body work and tires . I gave them my cost on the brand new set of tires with balance and Instalation that was supposed to cost $900 I gave them my price of $450 . Also they asked me to fix the Quater panel and a fender that was fixed for $300. Both rocker panels also needed to be replaced in order to pass Ma state inspection for an additional $600 but they chose not to do it because they had no more money at the moment . This was a straight forward sale and the mother that I was dealing with agreed to terms and conditions. I told her what the car needs and she agreed then the ungrateful kids picked up the car and didnt like it because they thought that theyre mother will buy them a suburban because they have 5 kids and explorer is too small for them so they tried to get out of it by knocking the car . This is an excellent running 2004 **** explorer Xlt with only 107k on the miles with cold a/c and no mechanical issues. If they would have fix the rocker panels for $600 like I told them at my wholesale cost , the car would have passed inspection 100% .
