            Purchased a product (wiring harness) from Pro-M Racing, Did a payment plan, throughout the payment process got orders leave Hawaii (Military), Contacted Pro-M Racing to update the delivery address, Because I knew I was not going to be at the original address when I initially made the order. I received an invoice with an updated address. A month or so later with the payment plan completed. the item was shipped to the old address when I inquired about the item after i was told it was shipped. I had a friend go to the address to see if the package was there and it was not. I contacted Pro-M about the issue and they attempted to contact the shipping company to see if they received anything or it was returned which it was not. When i asked for Pro-M to ship another harness or refund me the money i was pretty much told its nothing they could do about it. I will be attaching the email with the invoice on it at a later time. Thanks!

            Had pro m racing recalibrate a mass air flow sensor for me I received it put it on the truck and have the same issue as before. It's either faulty or they never did the work they claimed. Talked to Chris who claims to own the business. He cussed me out over the phone. This is a terrible company to do business with. And honestly I think they are out to scam people. All I wanted was a refund and I was cussed for it.
