I have been a Balise Customer for the last 21 years. I always bring my car to be serviced with tune ups. Last week I brought my car for service and the State Inspection. I was told I need it a taillight bulb 34.99 and wipers 49.99. I thought it was expensive and left. Today I went to inspect my car at another place and it pass. I checked the lights and they were working. Wipers are fine. Just watch out.

We have come here for many years, but nothing but problems. We just financed a toyota camry 9/2023 which we sold and traded in with ******* 3/2024. Balise canceled our extended warranty for us, but ***** told us that toyota financial would cancel our gap with the 3rd party automatically (this never happened!) I Went a month later because we never received a check from toyota finance for my canceled GAP. I Went back to Balise and ***** changed his excuse to that they no longer do that and that they changed the amount due on the car and he got someone from accounting on the phone saying they changed the rules and no longer cancel gap, but they change the amount due on the car. This is not true! I have been fighting for my $865 for the last 4 months back and forth between toyota finance, JMA insurance and Balise. The 3rd party told me they sent the credit to Balise at the end of May and it should have been in their June 10th statement. I just want my money back and we have called and talked with ************** Who was our original sales manager who hasn't called us back as he stated. Then my husband talked to a higher manager who was supposed to call us back an hasn't. I honestly will never go back and will tell you guys to stay away unless you want to get ripped off! Other issues in the past were when they gave us ghost plates and gave our plates to someone else, they performed a service that I didn't approve, and they have made other mistakes with services such as leaving a cap off on top of the engine

I hope Toyota Balise Is investigate and return our money back, We recently bought Toyota Camry and paid 10k $ in cash and rest we got financing, but after we received bill we found out that we owe the bank 5k $ more than we should, Toyota Balise assigned our 5k $ .My husband is handicap , we hope Toyota Balise is going to be honest and return our 5K back to us. We are so disappointed with that . Chris F who did our paperwork is the Manager and we trusted him, and also Jose P sales consultant who also involved in that. We really hope that we receive our money back.

I took my car for an oil change nos tire rotation. When I got home I noticed tires had not being rotated and was charged for it. I I called and left multiple messages and no one has called me back since then. Makes me wonder if they even did a oil change at all.
