Good ************ Communications. We chose Viridis because they seemed capable of installing solar panels on our rather problematic roof (shading and wrong angles). They did a good job at that. However the communication with them about work to be done, timing of work and follow up to get the utility to approve and install their components was very poorly done.10 months after installation they have still not completed the application for the Mass Solar Incentive program. One way to avoid the problems we encountered would be to insist that final payments are not made until after the solar system is operational.

***** in the office answered all of our questions almost immediately throughout the entire process. We are very happy with the installation. All paperwork for incentives was completed by Viridis Energy. The panels are sharp looking and have certainly worked in this extremely sunny (& hot) summer. The ********* app lets you see at any given point in time how much energy you are producing/using. Best investment we have ever made!
