      Hello. I am a subscriber to an investment newsletter (investment advisory service) offered by: InvestorPlace Media, LLC **** ** ******* *** ********** ** XXXXX My subscription to the newsletter runs through December 21, 2023, and on June 1, 2022 I paid $97.34 to extend my subscription from 12/21/22 to 12/21/23, so my previous subscription is still active until 12/21/22. The company has just informed subscribers that they are discontinuing this service and have instead swapped it for another service that is not at all similar to the original service. I do not want their other service and wish to get my money back for the portion of the old service that I have not used. The company says it is not offering refunds. They claim that the replacement service is worth hundreds of dollars while I find it worthless. Thank you for your consideration.

      Investor Place ended a subscription service (Fidelity Investor) that I paid for through 7/18/2023. See email below: Thank you for reaching out to Investor Place. Your subscription with Fidelity Investor is good through 7/18/2023. I asked for a refund, but they won't give me a refund. They said they would provide me access to some of their "other" content. I DO NOT want their other content, if I did, I would have purchased that. Plus read the reviews of their "other content", it's not good. This is a shady company. I'm simply asking for a refund for the service that was ended by Investor Place.

      I'm making a complaint here because InvestorPlace's customer service has been nonexistent. I've spent a significant amount of money on InvestorPlace's all inclusive Omnia subscription service. This gives me access to everything they publish now and in the future. They provide both research & recommendations. The issue is when they send out their research in email format the graphs/charts/graphics are sometimes unreadable. When I click on the chart to enlarge it in order to view the small print/details, the graphic loses resolution so I am still unable to read the small print. There is no way to sharpen the resolution to make it readable. That being said, my main complaint is that I have contacted them numerous times about this and I get an automated or cookie cutter response but nothing changes. I don't think readable charts are too much to ask for the price I paid. Overall, the service has been lackluster the since I became a subscriber. The market has been crushed and their recommendations as whole haven't faired much better. Only time will tell if this service was a wise investment.

InvestorPlace responds to all customer emails and is available to provide assistance via phone Monday- Friday 9-5pm EST at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. Someone from customer service reached out to me like it was the first time they were notified about the issue. They proceeded to say "yes I see what you mean" but they did not provide a satisfactory response to what steps they were taking to rectify the issue. They asked if there was anything else they could help me with and wanted to walk me through the platform. I've been a member for almost 2 years so I don't need a walk through of the platform. This is the first time someone reached out to me regarding any of the complaints/issues I was having. In the past they only reached out to me in an attempt to get me to upgrade and pay more money. I believe they only reached out now bc I posted a complaint on this platform. InvestorPlace is not worth the money. Once they get your money they no longer prioritize you as a customer. In the end I could deal with these shortcomings if the service was performing well. That being said the service as a whole does no better than throwing darts blindfolded to pick your investments. We essentially conveyed that we have a very skilled design team who works on our sites to make them as user friendly as possible and that his feedback has been passed ***** for when improvements are set to be made. With that being said his complaint about the charts are the only one we have received. Additionally we wanted to get more feedback on what he means by our customer service team being non-existent as we have answered all of his calls and emails. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service so we were hoping to get clarification but again did not receive a response from the customer. Complete lies that they haven't heard back from me. I spoke to someone via phone who could provide no assistance. They just asked "is there anything else we can help you with". My complaint was specific and the representative did no research regarding my complaint prior to the phone call. I returned an email from Ryan ***** on 12/13 but I have heard no response. So as everyone can see I stand by the non existent customer service remark. The above individual from InvestorPlace has no idea what he's talking about. He has no knowledge of the phone calls or emails I have exchanged with InvestorPlace. The issue hasn't been addressed or rectified. If anything this experience has further soured my opinion on InvestorPlace and its customer service. Business Response /* (4000, 18, 2022/12/21) */ The remark on 12/7 that we had not heard back from the customer was in reference to an email sent to them on 11/9 explaining essentially that we appreciate their feedback on our chart displays in emails and that it has been passed along to the appropriate team, however there were no plans at this time to change the displays as their complaint was the only one we have received about them. We then sent a follow up email to the customer on 12/7 asking if they had questions or concerns about our previous email as we had not heard back regarding the email on 11/9. They then replied to our follow up email on 12/7 saying that they had spoken with someone from our company regarding their issue, but they were unable to offer a fix. We replied on 12/9 offering to schedule a time for us to reach out in hopes to finally resolve the issue. The customer replied that they were unavailable to talk until after the holidays and further explained their concern with our charts. This would be why they had not heard back because they were unavailable to talk until after the holidays. We have since pointed out another way to look at our charts inside our portfolios in hopes this will bring a resolution. You can find attachments of our email exchanges.

      I have a subscription to The Independent Adviser for Vanguard Investors which is published through InvestorPlace. They are discontinuing that offering, so I asked for my money back for the remained of my subscription. They won't give it back. They said there is a no money back guarantee. A no money back guarantee doesn't apply if they cancel the service I was subscribing to and I would like the money back for the remainder of my subscription.

      well about a yr ago i ordered a subscription with Investorplace on line.I have been trying to cancel for two months now and they will not respond.they continue to charge my acc'' against my wishes..they have tobe stopped.very frustrated i am 61 and disabled and cannot afford to have them have there way with me like this.please stop them! thank you ***** ****

      I have continue to unsubscribe from them sending emails. It never works. I've been trying for months now. I finally found an email for them and emailed them directly. They stated it was fixed and I was unsubscribed. I'm still getting emails. I have read countless reviews here, Reddit, etc people getting very frustrated with this. They should be sued for pricy infringement and unethical business practices. I have attached the emails to and from them.

      Investorplace, someone named Luke ***** will not stop sending emails. I have never signed up for anything from him, and have asked politely, and not so politely to stop. I received something yesterday saying I had been removed and today they started again. I just want the endless stream of unwanted emails to stop.

      On 1/20/2022 I saw a small ad on my YAHOO NEWS page. A photo of Luke****** and I watched the video to learn of the next big money maker for his investors. I !! At the end of video he told to go to his web site ***************.COM to learn about this new battery for cars & trucks. Their web site ********* ********** and it said a PLUS subscription was only $79 and could cancel if not satisficed. I joined as I took a chance and the stock was " *****" and its price on the Stock Market was $1.82 ! about a new investment video announcing a new battery for cars & trucks and the man doing the video was LUKE ***** and the video lasted over 1 hr as he kept saying in a moment I'll tell you the name of this new break thru battery that it will make TESLA & FACEBOOK small in the amount of money you will make ? I clicked on web site ********* ***** **** and it said a PLUS subscription was only $79 and could cancel if not satisficed. I joined as I took a chance and the stock was " *****" and its price on the Stock Market was $1.82 I was shocked on the small price. They sent me a welcome to their web site and in reading about their deal I had to buy stocks they listed. I looked at a few of them and didn't see anything that was winner. I saw the 12-Month, 1,000% Gains Guarantee so I joined !! I'm ** years old and had never bought stocks and didn't know anything about the market other than Mutual Funds as I've bought them only. I asked for a refund and they said I had to wait 1 yr as I would make over 1,000 % if I bought their listings. I called 3 times & emailed a request to get refund and I was mislead into believing they were honest! Luke would do well in a circus ! I'd have to buy over $1,000 to follow their advise !! The 1yr & over 1,000 % was not on the page when I joined them as they later sent me the article and said you didn't scroll down far enough to see it ?? This is scam as their web site says" call if your not satisfied for refund.
