  Earlier this year I purchased 2 CRYPTO research plans from Teeka ***** of Palm Beach Research group. He has since been fired by the Plam Beach group. The plan stated that you will receive a total refund of your money if cancelled with in 3 months. I cancelled well before the 3 months. I was out of my league with these plans and I had to get out of the stock market game and use the money to take care of my invalid wife and my recent diagnoses with cancer. I requested my money back and was told the money will go into my account and must be used with in one year or lose it. I told them about my problems and sent a registered letter to the president of Palm Beach Research and was again told they will not refund my money. This company is a complete fraud and only interested in one thing. "Take your money at all costs" Please help!

  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to provide clarity regarding the member's subscription with Palm Beach Research Group.
  
  The member subscribed to two of our research plans: Palm Beach Confidential on November 9, 2023, for $2,160, and Palm Beach Pioneer on December 7, 2023, for $2,160. These subscriptions include top-notch cryptocurrency recommendations, accompanied by detailed instructions. As per our Terms and Conditions, agreed upon at the time of subscription, we offer a 90-day Legacy store credit guarantee, explicitly stating that no cash refunds will be provided before or after order completion. The store credit is valid for one-time use within one year from the date of cancellation until fully consumed.
  
  The member canceled the subscriptions within the 90-day period and was issued a total of $4,320 in store credit in accordance with the agreed terms. Despite our efforts to assist with the member's crypto journey, the member chose to cancel the subscriptions. During a phone conversation on January 11, 2024, the member confirmed their understanding and acceptance of the store credit issued, with terms and conditions read to the member by one of our member service representatives. A catalog was subsequently sent to the member, outlining how and where the credit could be used within the Legacy Research Group umbrella. Unfortunately, the member’s requests to use the credit for publications outside of Legacy Research Group cannot be accommodated, as they fall outside our policy. As of July 2, 2024, the member requested a cash refund on the credit balance, which is not permissible under the terms and conditions they agreed to.
  
  
  We understand the gravity of the member’s personal circumstances. However, we must adhere to our established policies to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers. It is important to note that these personal circumstances were never mentioned as part of the cancellation request and were only brought to our attention with this complaint.
  
  We assure you that we have communicated these terms clearly and have provided multiple avenues for the member to utilize the store credit effectively. We remain committed to assisting them within the boundaries of our policies and are available to assist the subscriber via phone at ###-###-#### or email at [email protected] with any questions.

  Like many others, I have had several lifetime subscriptions with Palm Beach Research Group. They have since changed me from my subscribed newsletters to newsletters that they have decided I would want. I had no say then and I have no say now. They will not even discuss a refund for the breach in our contract. I have lost all of my lifetime subscription fees paid. They were willing to allow me to select from some of their other products but I want nothing to do with them. Am I mad? You bet. Did I gain from my relationship with PBG? Definitely not. It was a learning experience with significant losses. I'm not talking occasional losses, I'm talking about gross loss. Losses were related to all my investments in innovative investments, general financial investment and of course crypto, the investment that they portrayed to be so wise about. Lots of hype and salesmanship from PBG. You've got to invest now! This is the time! Hurry or you'll miss your one opportunity with this special information we will give you. You get the idea. I just got off of the phone with PBG. I have severed all financial relationships with them and have lost my lifetime investments in them. I would caution all others to reconsider if they are thinking of starting a new relationship or continuing with PBG.

  The member subscribed to Palm Beach Rersearch Group newsletters: Palm Beach Letter - Elite on 6/9/2020 for $399; Palm Beach Confidential - Elite on 8/3/2020 for $4,500; and Palm Beach Crypto Income Elite on 2/28/2022 for $2,000.  These subscriptions include top-notch cryptocurrency recommendations, accompanied by detailed instructions.
  
  Upon subscribing, the member agreed to our Terms and Conditions, which include a 90-day Legacy store credit guarantee. Our policy explicitly states that we do not issue cash refunds, a condition the member accepted when signing up. These terms remain consistent regardless of any internal changes within our organization.
  
  Before the recent service transition, the member received the services as outlined. While we provide financial advisory newsletters, we do not offer personalized advice. Our subscribers have the discretion to utilize these services based on their individual wealth-building and protection needs.
  
  We understand the member's concerns about recent changes within Palm Beach Research Group. However, we assure you that our new services continue to provide elite or lifetime membership benefits similar to those previously offered. We've carefully selected alternative services that align closely with our previous offerings, aiming to benefit our members. We recommend reviewing the information on the website to explore these options for investment needs.
  
  To address the member's dissatisfaction with the transition, we offered additional measures. We extended assistance in identifying other suitable services within our network of high-quality investment research. Should the subscriber find the subscription unsatisfactory, we stand ready to aid in identifying an alternative service or exploring alternative options. Despite our efforts, the member chose to cancel all subscriptions on 7/3/2024, adhering to our no refund policy.

  I was billed $2500 for a subscription I do not recall ordering. I never opened the website and I did not know of the charge until 7 days later when seeing it on my bank statement. I sent a note to the company and they refuse to refund my fee, saying it is NON- cancelable. I filed a fraud complaint to my bank, but no reply yet. Help me get a full refund from the sham operation. I am 83 y/o and get too many emails and may have mistakenly said "Yes" TO THE OFFER WHICH I DO NOT RECALL. i WOULD NEVER SPEND THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY WHEN ON SS INCOME ONLY. Mike D

  The service provides multiple top-notch Cryptocurrency recommendations using an AI. The subscription also provides instructions for every recommendation and the subscriber can call us at ###-###-####, or email us at [email protected] should the subscriber need assistance.
  
  As stated under the Terms and Conditions of the subscription, it includes a 90-day Legacy store credit guarantee, no refunds, as disclosed before and after completing the order should the subscriber cancel it.
  
  Finally, we want to assure the subscriber as well that customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate the feedback. If you sign up for a membership, you get inundated with emails with links to long videos by Palm Beach Letter or one of their associates that gives you useless information but advertises other memberships that cost a lot more money. It’s a racket that’s designed to make them richer instead of really helping their members. After I cancelled my membership I started getting a lot more unsolicited emails from a multitude of companies that I had never heard of. So they obviously sold my email address and couldn’t care less about all the aggravation and trouble this has caused. To make matters worse, you have to unsubscribe up to a dozen times with some of these companies to get them to stop sending you emails and they are probably selling my email address to other companies. They are all extremely unethical! I tried cancelling membership. Website doesn't even recognize my existence. BS FARCE SCAM

  Put a block on the account to prevent further online orders, and credit card charges. I was unable to use your services did not get to logon. It was said that anyone can do this even if you’re not tech savvy would like to be refunded my money I recently found out I have cancer And I have enough on my plate I would like a full refund this is nothing but a scam

  I cancelled this subscription more than a year ago and recently found a new charge of renewal. If this is any indication of their business practice I would recommend avoiding this group. Now I'll have to wait for my refund and research to make sure I got my refund from last year when I selected to turn off "Auto-Renewal" but was charged anyhow.

Please be advised, the charge of $129.00 that was processed on 12/11/2022 was for the auto-renewal of the subscription the customer ordered on 12/11/2020, Palm ********************** Letter, which provides the subscriber with the best stock and cryptocurrency recommendations within Palm Beach Research Group. We have provided auto-renewal notices every 30 days, 15 days, 7 days, and 5 days before being charged again and we have several ways to manage the subscription. The subscriber can call us at **************, email us at ***************************************** or use the MyAccount feature on our website. In addition to this, we provide a 30-day refund period after being charged for the auto-renewal in which the subscriber can cancel for a full refund. Unfortunately, we have not received any correspondence from the subscriber either by email or phone regarding the cancellation of this subscription. Rest assured, we canceled the subscription on 12/23/2022 and issued back the amount charged on 12/11/2022 which should reflect on the subscriber's account within 5-7 business days to the original form of payment. We have also sent an email to the subscriber regarding the charges made to his account as well as the refund confirmation.
