Several monts ago I used this company for a very short feature. It was not evident while signing up that the fine print had an automatic renewal in a year. Even the fine prit does not state specifics needsd boldly. They billed me on May 9th for th year $599, I immediately reached out, made calls, used their online request system, followed up and have not spoken to anyone in this business who could provide my cancelation and refund. Their services are not needed, and a refund is due to me. Nobody answers calls or emails. If thet're getting that kind of money and more, they should have a properly staffed call center to help peple spending money. It's horrible. I will be complaining to the board directors of Miami  Realtors to have them removed as someone who is able to market to the agents if they cannot serve us well. I have their direct contact info and will be meeting soon.

I have been trying to contact this business for 2 months now, they don't answer the phone. You get a recording telling you they will save your place in line and call you back. I tried that 3 times, I am still waiting for my call back from March. I emailed them several times, but again get no response. I want to cancel this service, I have gotten nothing out of it, they will not call me or email me. I do not want them to charge my credit card again next March, saying that I did not let them know that I wanted to cancel. When I signed up, I was told that 6 weeks before renewal that an agent would call me to see if I wanted to continue. That was a lie. They automatically charged my card.I have spent countless hours trying to get in touch with them. I even sent them an email saying I had a question about an ad, still no response.

I activated an advertising Campain for homes I wanted to market to specific areas. Only if I requested these ads was there to be a charge. I found that if I even pressed on my listing through homesnap I was immediately charged. There’s no warning or options. On multiple tries I had to call the companies reps whom acted like they would fix the issue. This company is extremely dishonest. With no heads-up like most trusted companies they have now charged me $599. For their pro service. They indicate that if you don’t cancel 30days previous to billing your charged. This is a manipulative operation. Not only that but there’s no way to cancel your account without contacting them. I’m hoping bbb can contact homesnap and review how they hold agents like me to a charge with no advance motivation and no way to cancel my account without trying to reach a rep that’s not available.

I purchased the Homesnap pro+ package with Homesnap on April 18, 2022 . Per Homesnap pros email I had become a Elite member with access to new features and benefits. According to Homesnap pro email sent to me on Apri 18, 2022 , I would receive help collecting reviews and a website, just to name a few . I gave Homesnap co-management permission to my current ****** business profile so they could update it. I was supposed to have access to my website and the ability to customize it but my domain which was transferred to Homesnap was coming up unrecognized by safari and chrome ( locdintorealestate.com, check it out for yourself). According to Homesnap Pro+ I was to have a customizable website and the ability to share link to requests reviews. I have not been able to use the Homesnap pro+ service yet but my $450 was deducted from my credit card within 24 hours of service. This is my second time trying Homesnap Pro+ and yet again I am not receiving the features being advertised by Homesnap. I want a refund credited back to original payment. Per image below I am unable to use any features of Homesnap Pro+ due to Homesnap Pro still verifying my account since April 18, 2022. its flipping May 1, 2022. There has been a breach in contract. Please see Homesnap Pro terms and condition Rights and Obligations Upon Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party if the other party commits a material breach under this Agreement, and said breach has not been cured to the reasonable satisfaction of the non-breaching party within thirty (30) days of the date of notice from the non-breaching party stating in detail the nature of said breach. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement: (a) Your access to the Pro+ service shall cease as of the effective date of the termination, provided that any then active Listings will continue to be included in the Datafile until the end of the one year period associated with each such Listing, and Sections 3-9 of this Agreement

Long story short, I signed up for an account after a lengthy meeting with a sales rep. After discussing with my team we decided to pay the $500 and sign up. Everything that has been set up is completely inaccurate. I have tried for a month now to get this resolved. After multiple emails back and forth with clear instructions nothing has changed. I was directed to call customer support. I have now spent hours and hours trying to reach someone. No one answers. After holding for 10 minutes I get hung up on.Ive attempted calling 12 times today, and each time I am disconnected. Ive reached out by email, ****************** phone, about to drop off a letter. There is literally no one that answers. If you go onto their ******** page, you will see people are out thousands and thousands of dollars and this is a constant complaint. One guy is out 12k which makes my $500 seem like nothing, another lady is out 8k. Something is incredibly off here. This company is taking thousands from people and once they receive payment no on is available. They need to be investigated. One look on their social media page, you will see that this is a major problem and they are basically scamming people out of money. I don't expect to get a refund even though it would be nice. However, please look into this because it's incredibly out of hand. Thank you, *******************************

This company continues to send me emails. I have opted out numerous times. Their position is that the emails aren't spam. That my local **** MLS has authorized the emails. I have sent an email to **** to get them to contact Homesnap to stop. They are still coming. My complaint is that they are violating Federal Guidelines and Regulations regarding spam emails.

I had a JHomesnap account as an add on from my MLS. The year was up, and I had no idea I had to renew since itw as free this whole time. When I got the email over a week ago about renewal, I began to call and call and email. Noone has answered me. They just went ahead and charged my debit card for $499.00 a service i do not even use, and that it is not valuable to me in my area.

The company Homesnap, has started debiting my credit card since August of 2021. I have sent several emails and called several times for the company to cease taking my monies, or to cancel whatever is active and they refused, to stop or refund any monies. I had just recently contacted my credit card and closed that card. The company phones cut off on and I'm never ever to speak to anyone, the emails are never answered. I had to seek help from the state attorney general, and I'm waiting om my over $1,000.00 in unauthorized charges.

I tried to cancel my subscription to an annual service provided by this vendor but the charge went through anyway. The originial fee I'd paid was 99.00 but upon it renewing despite trying to cancel, they charged me 599.00. I filed a dispute with the bank regarding the issue. Then the vendor, Homesnap, emailed me and said they'd give me my money back if I lifted the dispute with my bank. So, I lifted the dispute around January 24th, submitted the appropriate paperwork to Homesnap, and now, nearly April, I am still waiting for my money back. I call and email Homesnap multiple times per week, trying to chase monies around. Last contact I had with them was Monday March 28th when I brought ***** Bank on the line with me and provided a resolve online number from ***** (###-###-####) on the date of March 1st.. showing that ***** had given the monies back to the vendor and that they still owed me my refund back. It is next to impossible to contact anyone directly who handles the finances, as of late the only person I have a contact for is named Matthew S****** who's a senior manager in 'retention'. He hasn't responded to any of my messages.

Homesnap doesn't send renewal notice. There is no information that the card will be charged. It is impossible to reach anyone, cancel or change from Pro to regular. I tried multiple times to cancel over the phone but got disconnected after waiting for more than 30 minutes each time. The app is not allowing to cancel or delete credit card info. They keep sending emails to upgrade to better program but never that my card was about to be charged $599. I don't use any or ever used any of the pro features. I was my account cancled and my full refund and my card info deleted from their web so they can not charge me again.
