We used Brothers for a hallway full bath and a Primary bath. Demo both and rebuild. The workmanship and the workers themselves were excellent. The folks we worked with in the showroom to get everything set up and the contract signed were also excellent. I found out however that if there is anything discovered once they demo, making it right is a very very costly affair. A plumbing issue came up with the plumber already on site. He worked 4 hours to fix it. The charge for that was quite substantially more than anything a regular plumber would cost. So I asked for a time and materials invoice and not just the $, amount for the fix. I was told they did not break down their costs like that. I had another contractor in to do other work in the home which included installing to code fire/smoke/CM detectors. Brothers electricians came in saw they were already hard wired into the correct locations and spent a small amount of time checking out the detectors which worked fine. They replaced the new smoke detectors with the latest code kind that have a 10 battery built in and changed 3 circuit breakers to the arc fault kind. While piggy backing onto work that a previous contractor had done correctly, they refused to lower their charge because the price was in the contract, period. This is just wrong but my call to them went nowhere. It just seemed so anti-consumer relations. Bottom line I am happy with the workers and the physical work done. I am not happy with how they handle their additional out of contract costing procedure - and at the very end the smoke detector issue where the hard wiring was already done to tell me it makes no difference, the contract cost is the cost, is just wrong.

The entire process of replacing part of our roof was pleasant. Mike, the initial surveyor, did a thorough job and was very pleasant. The roofing crew was also pleasant and did a great job. The whole process was painless. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had our 1st floor bathroom renovated & I'm pleased to say we love it. Each Brothers crew member & supervisors were professional & worked hard every single day to make our bathroom beautiful. Praise for Dustin & Reese for a job well done. Dustin was on-the-job every day & he & Reese worked well together to complete it. Shout out to Danielle, who was our 1st contact & helped us in so many ways. To Kayla, for helping us in selecting materials, & to Kelli for also helping in so many ways. Can't say enough about Dustin. He worked continuously & only stopped when I asked questions. He listened & offered advice only when asked. We look forward to "working" with Brothers again!

Brothers Services replaced my Jacuzzi tub with a soaking tub, being very careful with the measurements, being prompt and efficient. They also replaced 5 of my old incandescent overhead lights with LED puck lights efficiently and effectively.
