I have worked for this business since November 2021 and ended in January 2022 and they have been docking my paychecks and refused me to look at my pay stubs. As well as they gave no notice to the employees they were letting go and so because of that they agreed to give us a 2 week separation payout in which they would pay by February 25, 2022 as long as we returned their equipment by February 4, 2022. I returned my equipment on February 1, 2022 at around 10 am. and it is now 2 weeks later and I haven't received the payout. I have called numerous times and the few times that someone has gotten back to me she was extremely rude and refused me a manager by lying and saying "we don't have managers" then after I stressed the situation she agreed to connect me to a manager in which the "manager" didn't pick up. I have emailed about the matter and no one is contacting me back.Business response

Aerotek has not adequately protected my personal information. I have had former employees contact me via my emergency cell number that Aerotek was to have expunged from their systems decades ago. Recently on February 2, 2022 CarepathRx (****** *******) attempted to contact me via my emergency cell number. She was a former Aerotek employee. I have not signed any contract with CarepathRx nor provided them with any of my personal information so we can only deduce that this employee was able to take my personal information from Aerotek with her to her new employer. I attempted to contact ******* ******, Aerotek Director of Recruiting Operations, Ohio on February 4, 2022 to resolve these personal data leaks however never received a response to date. February 9, 2022 I received two calls to my cell and landline as well as email from someone (Gabi *******, Actalent Services) claiming to be from an "Aerotek sister company" however according my research Actalent Services was formerly an Aerotek division and therefore no longer Aerotek. I never provided any personal information to Actalent Services so it is unclear how this company obtained my private information. Incidentally the email requested that I join Gabi ********* (Actalent Services) network. The link requested my password. I did not provide my password. I signed in to my Linkedin account and found no such invitation. Aerotek must investigate how my personal information has been accessed and utilized by non-Aerotek employees and prevent further data breaches and leaks. These data breaches also appear to be non-compete violations. It is unclear why Aerotek would not return my calls considering my total of four months of employment with Aerotek since 2003. Aerotech has only promised to do an investigation however there is no root cause analysis documented much less a correct of action. The response is unacceptable. The response is only a preliminary response and not a final correct of action to prevent recurrence. My personal confidential information was obtained by non-Aerotech employees. Aston C. is a contract to hire agency and I was wrongfully let go from HCMC and I did a demand for my pay on 2/4/2022 which is 8 days ago and I always had direct deposit and they have been telling it was mailed and I have never received my paycheck at all. It is now past their company pay date and my bills are to be taken out of my account. They did this to another women that worked with me at HCMC as well. Please help me state of MN law states they will have to pay me for everyday I didnt receive my payment from the day I did a demand for payment. I am complaining about Aerotek in Sioux falls SD, I have been job searching for the last few months, I was working with a lady there, her name will be in my file, then I checked in again yesterday 2/2/22, and got a new worker Griffin was his name, the first lady made the problem, she really wanted me to take a certain job at sioux steel, I did my homework on the company and did not like it, since I would not take that job now I have a mark on my record and they are refusing me service, their job is to find a job for me that myself and the company I will work for are comfortable with each other, VERY UNPROFESSIONALBusiness response

I got a job through Aerotek at a facility called ****** ************ in located at *** *** ***** ***** ******* ** *****. Everything was fine at first but the my job started offering bonuses if we met set goals, in my department we have met the goal every single November of 2021. I haven't been paid any of my bonuses of December and January. Along side a bonus the facility promised us for coming during the week of Christmas, New Years and the first week of January of 2022. I have talked to other people who have different agency's and they reported that they have received their bonus while all of Aerotek employees have not. I have reached out to my recruiter Ella S. and she has not contacted me since. I reached out to the Aerotek table we have at ****** and they didn't give details on when I will see my money. *HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FINAL PAYCHECK* My contract was terminated on Christmas eve. Without any heads up or an explanation until a week after the fact. Have still yet to receive my final paycheck. Which would accrue to be over $500. Ive called the office in Deerfield, Illinois daily with no luck. I've also sent numerous emails, and text messages to my "Former" primary recruiter whose name is Vincent R.. I actually just sent a fax to the office requesting my wages. If I don't get a response from the by the end of the upcoming week. I will contact the Labor and Wage department. - The days owed are from December 20th 2021, to December 23rd 2021. Each of the four days worked was flat rate 8 hour shifts at 20 per hour.Business response

My contract started November 29 with aerotek. I had a recruiter named Jean, who did not service me my account login information correctly then quit the company, he left me with no reassigned recruiter and did not send me my first payment I made. I have still not receive that payment of about 500$. (20$hr-4-10pm-mon-Friday) that week It's been almost two months and they have complicated me by saying they will get to it in between holidays, this resulted in me borrowing money to help pay for rent, because they had to enjoy their holidays with their families... before getting to my simple problem. I have no comfortable feeling, nor have I went to work last week or this week, because I have STILL NOT had my login information, I feel like I'm no part of the company. Only thing I feel attached by is my direct deposit did and was able to start working the third week I was there. I decided two week payments, and my paper check from my first week was still never sent into the mail to my address. I have followed up every day, and I have never got a response even back from HR, and it's well over the holiday time. Nor is my problem been pointed out or told any type of confirming information about my login information, unable to go into benefits... unable to log my time cards... they have me so unorganized on their end I have no other choice but to reach out in need of this help. This 500$ isn't much to a lot of people but has made my life really more stressful this last month for me.Business response

I signed a employment contract through aerotek stating that I will be paid five hundred dollars bonus after completing my first 40 hours through there company. I have not received any amount of that sum of money. They are also no longer excepting my calls or emails regarding the money they still owe me.Business response
