Dont share your info with them. I've requested many times to stop being contacted and continue to get calls daily for something I don't want. This company continues to harass me.

Very poor in service and commitment They don't honor the dealer repairs cost on parts and labor. Dealers like Toyota will not work with carchex because they always argue over part prices and labor costs.CARCHEX

This company will ABSOLUTELY deceive you out of your money. I started a claim and they found reason after reason for denial and they are all FALSE. They first accused me of pre existing conditions and after that was proven to be false they AGAIN have denied due to an exhaust that came with my vehicle that had absolutely nothing to do with the claim nor is barred from the warranty as it meets oem specifications. If you get this warranty make sure to read EVERYTHING and have a lawyer on standby because they WILL deny a major repair. They have a good business rating because ALL of their complaints go under whoever is overseeing the warranty and in this case that is ******** **** ******. This is shielding them from majority of their complaints and why people are still falling victim to their scams thinking they are a standup business. DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM EITHER OF THESE CONPANIES!!!!!!!CARCHEX

In my opinion, AVOID THIS COMPANY, I purchased the ultimate plan asking to have everything covered, but the very first time I attempted to fil a claim, they said that piece wasn't covered!!!!!! I had Electrical systems covered, but they would pay for fixing the media center, which is part of Electrical in my book....only give a 1 star because it wouldn't let me give a negative...CARCHEX

Stay far away from this company …. REPEAT far away .. I signed up for the powertrain plus coverage. My first claim was denied quoting pre-existing problem. They are scammers And then when I told him I want to cancel my subscription so I need the rest of my money that was not used for me signing up for the next month and they told me no refund even though I did not use their service that month… plz don’t waste ur money if it sounds too good to be true, then that mean it isCARCHEX

1 starAvoid signing up for any plan. The company won't pay for a covered repair in the plan that the agent setup for me. Instead enrolled me in a lower plan that didn't cover this repair. Avoid this business at all costs. Even after sent my paperwork to a supervisor they doubted the business would pay for their mistake.Review fromJose P

1 starThey don't cover anything when it comes to repairs. They have taken my hard working money by refusing to pay for a repair in my car, that clearly states in their contract as a covered part. My stem seals needed replacement and they are lubricated parts inside the engine and they denied it. Thieves, is the best way to describe this company. Please take my word for it Don't do business with them. They will take your money as well. Also, in order to even get a partial refund, if you qualify, you have to write them a letter and hopefully, within 2 to 3 months they will respond with their decision. It is unfathomed they are allowed to conduct business like this, stealing from hard working citizens. It's truly a shame.Review fromRamona C

1 starThey keep sending me annoying emails saying my bill is past due. Im completely offended. I have never missed a payment. Before this problem gets any worse, I will be switching to another company immediately.
