I bought this mattress in September and I paid $250 for it. I bought it from target online and it was manufactured through classic Brands Inc. I called target they can’t issue me a refund and they told me to reach out to classic brands Inc. this mattress has been leaking, fiberglass all over my house, and I had no idea. We are so itchy and breathing in fiberglass for the last couple months. This is extremely upsetting and unsafe and unhealthy. I never opened the mattress, cover or anything I have barely had this mattress for that long for it to be leaking fiberglass profusely all over my house is unsettling. I wish you have a refund and money for ruining most of my furniture in my house and also for health problems. I have tried to call their number and they never answer. This business is corrupt and should not be selling mattresses that are harming multiple peoples health and ruining their household’s. This is a unsafe business practice and needs to be dealt with legally. If you are classy, Brands Inc. contact me at ************. My email address is ********************. I purchased this Classic Brands mattress several years ago. After washing my bedding recently, I noticed my clothing was covered in fiberglass. I looked and my mattress released fiberglass in to my entire home. Everything is covered in fiberglass particles. I have multiple pets in the house as well as other people who are being exposed to hazardous fiberglass. The tag on the mattress states that you can remove the cover in order to spot clean and hides the fiberglass contents under "FR scrim cotton barrier".Initial Complaint

Two years ago, I ordered 2 mattresses from this company through Amazon because they had a 10 year warranty. I loved my mattresses but they started to sag badly after 1 year. I contacted them and they said to send pictures. I had life issues and forgot to follow up with them. I reached out to them again to create a claim and I have sent several emails and made several calls. No one has responded to my emails, and the phone number just says to send an email and there are no available agents. I am usually an understanding person but now the mattresses are sagging so much that your back hits the bed frame when you lay down. After so many times of trying to contact them, I am realizing that they do not honor the 10 year warranty and that it could be a scam. All I wanted was the warranty honored and have them replaced as I was initially told would happen. I also wanted them to send the mattresses to my new address (for I do not live where I originally did when I ordered them).Their customer service is non-existent so the warranty will not be honored.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Cool gel memory foam mattress 12in through ******* May 11 2020 had this mattress for a while but it does have a 10 year warranty! I notice the bottom of my bed leakin shiny dust with research turned out to be FIBERGLASS! Ive been so itchy and stressed !!!! i noticed it all over my bedroom my clothes i through away my sheets and clothes it was stubborn to get out! the lable does not say it contains fiberglass or any glass fibers! instead fr cotton skrim barrier and its definitely isnt that! I would just like to refunded a bed i expected to last another few years!! This has been a toll on me and my family having to replace everything thats been contaminated!Initial Complaint

I bought a mattress a couple years ago and there was a stain on the bed cover so I took it off with the zipper. Afterwards, I realized that there was fiberglass everywhere and checked the tags and the last tag said not to remove the mattress cover. I contact customer service and am getting not response on how to deal with this problem.Initial Complaint

I just set up my king size adjustable base replacement bed that they sent me in 2020 because there was a issue with the first one i purchased in 2019 we only used the part from the new bed at the time but didn't set up the new bed until Dec 21, 2022 because the old bed completely broke the bracket that held the motor together broke in half so we had to put up the new bed on Dec 21, 2022 when we try and sync the remote following their steps. It syncs but then when we try lift the bed up the foot part won't let up only the head lifts and then the box that you sync the remote where the wires attach it starts making a clicking noise then the bed automatically let's back down on its on & there's this burning smells so the bed is unplugged. The legs for the bed are also warped so they won't screw in evenly. I've been reaching out through email with no response until today telling me to file a complaint. So i have a bed that's not fully functional.The store can't provide a receipt for me that far back since it was a online purchased so i only have proof where i purchased the warranty and you can see where i started having issues. And filed a claim I paid around $400.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Vibe Gel Memory Foam 12 in Twin XL mattress from ****** August 11, 2022 for $200.54 plus tax. Having read enough horror stories about mattresses with fiberglass contamination problems, I knew better than to take off the cover or act in any other way to disturb the cover. However, upon checking the storage under my bed last night (January 4, 2023) I found that the entire area under my bed was covered in shimmering strands of a mystery substance I now know to be fiberglass. It is visibly emerging from the entire bottom of the mattress through the cover. I do not know how long this has been happening, but I've not even had the mattress 6 months yet, and the last time I washed my mattress protector I was incomprehensibly itchy for over a week and couldn't figure out why, so I'm betting that's what did it. I have not yet attempted to clean it up as I do not have the adequate tools and local cleaning professionals have not yet responded with their capabilities. I called this company today only to hear a recording telling me to email them, which I then did, and have yet to receive a response.Initial Complaint

We purchased a "classic brands adjustable comfort affordomatic 2.0 adjustable bed base, queen" on December 4, 2019 (order # ***-9618800-4491417). The product, while under its 3 year warranty given by Classic Brands, stopped working due to a faulty motor. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company (Classic Brands) regarding Warranty Assistance using the phone number they provide on their website *************), however the automated phone message prompted me to send an email to ********************************** I sent an email detailing the issues with my product on 11/28/2022 (please see copy of email attached), however my attempts to contact the company for assistance/resolution were ignored. To settle this dispute, I would like to have my product replaced or reimbursed so that I may purchase a functional unit.Initial Complaint

I ordered a ****************** on May-28-2020 from Classic Brands. The Mattress has a 10 year warranty. I have emailed and called this company for over 3 months trying to get a new mattress through my warranty. Myself with a lot of other customers are having the same issues. I purchased two adjustable bases from Walmart in March of 2020. Just recently both vibration motors on both bases stopped working. On ********* website it says there is a 3 year warranty. I went to the website of the manufacturer and have sent numerous emails to both email addresses given on the website to file a warranty claim. I have also tried calling the customer service phone number and it is just a recording stating to send an email. I have not gotten any type of response and my warranty will be up in March of 2023, so I am wanting to take care of this issue before it's too late.
