Good morning. I have my king size pillow top mattress from classic brands. It's still in warranty and it needs to bereplaced as I've only had it for almost a year and it's already starting to dent. It is very uncomfortable now. I don't even use my bed much as I travel a lot for work. Can you please fix this?Initial Complaint

Business Knowingly breaking the law in ***** Classic Brands AKA FoamSuite-Home on AMAZON.......is selling mattresses to CALIF residences Illegally......SELLER is putting AMAZON at RISK.......In ********** there is a *** which states a RETAILER/SELLER MUST provide for OLD mattress removal and disposal at NO additional cost to Buyer. This company has openly omitted In messages to me (printed and screenshotted) that THEY are NOT going to uphold the active CALIF ***. WHich means EVERY mattress that has been AND will be SOLD to a CALIF residence MUST be compensated for what it would cost OR has Cost to hire such a haul away service in their area. Failure to do so is clear cut Breaking the *** and should NOT be allowed by ****** to SELL on their site OR they AMAZON will become an accessory to the action and will become just as Liable.....As you click on the Classic Brands Items page to get more info on product it routes you to the other name they go by FoamSuite-Home.....BEWARE.....I got the 14in queen **** Gel Chill Ultra a few years ago and was told there was a 25 yr warranty....THEY do NOT warrant that either. I got a coolgel mattress by classic brands off of ****** in February of 2021. While removing the cover today to wash it, I found the last layer to be disintegrating. It is full of fiberglass. I had to remove the mattress from my home but there is now fiberglass on everything in my home and I have to hire a professional to deep clean my house. I have been having skin issues since I got the mattress but never thought that it was due to the mattress. Now I see that it was. My lungs, nose, throat, are all sore and filled with fiberglass. Why is this layer of material on a mattress? There should never be fiberglass in any part of a mattress.Initial Complaint

I purchased the mattress December of 2022. It has sunken in the middle, the edges have sloped downward. The cover has splotches in some areas of the mattress and the cover has tiny holes. I am experiencing knee and back pains as well. I reached out to ask for a resolution or advice on purchasing a foundation, board or slats. I sent pictures as well to show the flaws. I purchased a cool gel mattress from this company off of ****** in 2021. Just a few nights ago I realized it has been leaking out fiberglass particles. I don't know how long it's been happening, but more recently it's in massive amounts. It's everywhere, including all of my clothing, carpets, bedding, heat vents. This is extremely stressful and costly. I've never unzipped the cover. When I lift up the mattress it's completely covered in tiny fibers. I feel like it's been going on for quite some time, but I've just now noticed it. This is an absolute nightmare.Initial Complaint

I purchased a mattress from this company through ****** on 12/10/2019. Order # ***-8295814-3926669. This item is backed by a 10 year warranty. On 3/23/2024 a coil in the mattress broke causing a deep dent in the surface. I have followed the instructions on my purchase receipt to file a warranty claim and this company has no working website or phone number. Purchased Classic Brands Cool Gel Ventilated Memory Foam 12-Inch Mattress | CertiPUR-US Certified | Bed-in-a-Box, Full on ****** on January 25, 2022 for $404.86. Order number 113-3744626-9623410. I purchased this mattress intending to use it for at least a few years. Ive barely had it for over a year and somehow the fiber glass has been making its way through the outer layers without me removing or touching them what so ever. Both fiber glass dust and fibers have contaminated both my room and other parts of my home including some belongings. Very unfortunate considering I am only renting my current home . Would like some sort of compensation for the cost of the mattress as well as expenditures relating to cleaning up the contamination. Very upset and distraught.Initial Complaint

I bought a mattress through ******* in September of 2021. The mattress is supposed to have a 10 year warranty. The mattress is sagging in where my husband and myself sleep. The corners never fully fluffed up either. I contacted ******* they said that there wasn't anything they could do that I need to contact the manufacturer. When you look them up online there isn't anything on their warranty information. On ********* website it clearly says that there is a warranty. I think it is criminal to mislead customers with a promise of a warranty on something that cost that kind of money and not hold up to it.Initial Complaint

I bought this mattress in September and I paid $250 for it. I bought it from target online and it was manufactured through classic Brands Inc. I called target they can’t issue me a refund and they told me to reach out to classic brands Inc. this mattress has been leaking, fiberglass all over my house, and I had no idea. We are so itchy and breathing in fiberglass for the last couple months. This is extremely upsetting and unsafe and unhealthy. I never opened the mattress, cover or anything I have barely had this mattress for that long for it to be leaking fiberglass profusely all over my house is unsettling. I wish you have a refund and money for ruining most of my furniture in my house and also for health problems. I have tried to call their number and they never answer. This business is corrupt and should not be selling mattresses that are harming multiple peoples health and ruining their household’s.
