    Never again!! Our Sales Associate was Gabbi ******. We explained to Gabbi that the Wife is a Senior Citizen / Stroke Survivor who has been suffering from chronic pain down her entire right side for almost 8 full years and that a new Bed was to help her with this chronic pain. We were looking to replace our Sealy Posturepedic because it had a more Pillow like top to it. Gabbi convinced us to go with a better Tempur-Pedic [twice the money], saying this would be more helpful. As the Resident Expert – we believed her. When done we purchased the Tempur-Pedic and bought 2 Purple Pillows because Gabbi said the Pillows would help align our Necks with the new Mattress. Again – we believed her! The Mattress and the Pillows arrived, and 30 days later the experience was awful. My Wife’s chronic pain was worse and she was back sleeping in the Recliner. There is a one time exchange and it was then we were told only for ‘Equal or Greater’ value – Mattress Warehouse does not do Refunds!! The Pillows did not last we removed them because they smelled and they were not Refundable! I told Gabbi I wanted to register a formal complaint with the Corporate Office. Gabbi gave me the number and it took 3 separate calls to get Mr. John ******, ********* Customer Care Manager. I was not even 30 seconds into the details of my complaint when John ****** interrupted me and said he would transfer me to the Area Division Manager – Corey ******. John ******, the ********* Care Manager, could not get away from me fast enough!!!! I called Corey ******, the Area Manager a few times. It’s now been over 14-days and nothing from Corey ******. Why am I not surprised! As we got into the car to go Home my Wife said, Gabbi really put the screws to 2 Senior Citizens. I agreed but also realized it was so much more. Gabbi put the screws to a Senior Citizen / Stroke Survivor who is today still suffering from chronic pain. We trusted her! My wife is not sleeping on the exchange. We spent a lot!

    Would like to have given no stars I bought a Kings Down mattress in July 2024. It had missing stitching in areas on the top of the mattress and was so unconformable. I did a comfort exchange for a Sealy Brenham Medium Queen mattress. On September 12, they delivered the wrong mattress-a Sealy Brenham firm Queen Mattress. The tag was not sewn into the mattress as required by law. On October 4, 2024, they once again delivered a Sealy Brenham firm, when we ordered a medium. On October 23, 2024, they delivered a Sealy mattress, but could not tell us it was the correct mattress as the mattress tag did not identify it as a Brenham Medium Queen Mattress. Once again the tag was not sewn in as required by law. We traveled 1, 000 miles round trip to receive these deliveries, only to be disappointed and extremely upset that Mattress Warehouse was not delivering the mattress we ordered and paid for. No manager/supervisor/district manager in corporate ever returned my phone calls. To top it all off, these mattress are illegal as the tag is not sewn into the mattress. No sewn in tag equals no warranty! I am awaiting a fund refund and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. No longer doing any business with Mattress warehouse as they are breaking the law! No properly sewn in tag means they are trying to pass off used mattresses as new. No store manager was useless as well. Never told us the truth and was very condescending.

    Looking at the delivery photos shows the white law tags on the mattress. The Sealy Brenham is shipped from Sealy in a cardboard box. The mattress inside the cardboard is in plastic cover to keep it from getting dirty. The factory tags are on the mattress in the delivery photos. Sealy uses model numbers not model name on the white law tag. Customer was exchanged delivered October 23,2024 and customer did accept delivery.

    If I could give a negative zero I would. The individuals that work at the stores maybe professional but the company is not. Purchased first mattress, returned after sleeping on it less than 60 days. The mattress was not comfortable and appeared to be growing lumps. The return was honored picked out a new mattress. This mattress clearly is sagging and falling off of the base. Upon inspection it was noted there was clearly something wrong with the structure of the mattress. They refused to allow me to return the mattress within the time period as there was a spot on the mattress. Oh yes I purchased the base thank God I purchased the extended warranty as that is broken as well, don’t get me started about the $150. Pillow that after washing the exterior no longer zips closed and oh yes the over priced mattress cover as well that is required in order to honor their warranty, none of this is their problem. The structure of the mattress is compromised not by me as it was reported with in the first month they do not take responsibility for anything. I’m not happy. I purchased this set up to help my back not to incur more pain as a result. I’m disgusted and would stay very very far away from this store. I’m not convinced this was not a used mattress sold to me as a new one . This company doesn’t know the definition of integrity I have had 2 mattresses in less than 7 months that needed to be returned what a bunch of junk!!!

    The customer took advantage of Mattress Warehouse comfort exchange policy. There are no warranty claims open for customer, so if they think something wrong with their current mattress, they should file warranty claim.

    TERRIBLE MISRESPRESENTATION! They want your money, but could care less about customer satisfaction! Nancy, ******* of the North Bethesda Mattress Warehouse sold my daughter a $3400 mattress. When specifically asked about exchange policy, Nancy explained their 90 day exchange policy. Nancy processed the order for direct shipment to CA, and even helped her with a 2nd choice mattress selection. When we called a few weeks later to exchange the mattress (Tempuredic memory foam too hot - wanted to exchange for Sealy), she said we were excluded from that deal, because mattress was delivered out of state!!! This sales rep (******* Nancy) COMPLETELY mislead us - we had specifically asked if mattress was exchangeable before purchasing. She told us they had a 90 day exchange policy. She processed order, clearly shipping directly to CA. Then SHE COMPLETELY RENEGED ON EXCHANGE, saying its in the paperwork signed, that's only good for east coast. We even offered to ship the mattress back, to which she snidely said "it doesn't work that way". I tried for past 8 weeks to get some resolution with Nancy, district and regional managers- to no avail. THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. They would not even send a cooling cover that might help the situation - Winston (district manager) wanted additional charge for it!! Then suggested we could try selling the mattress if not statisfied!! Not a company you want to work with!! Go to MattressFirm or anywhere else!!

    Customer did sign long distance waiver which says that no comfort exchanges on mattress out of Mattress Warehouse delivery area. But was able to reach out to our Tempur-Pedic rep. and he will be willing to do comfort exchange with another Tempur mattress. It would be a onetime comfort exchange on mattress only and the long-distance fee would be 299.00

    Bought a mattress and adjustable frame for my sister who is disabled. The frame broke upon set up while the delivery people were there. Told we'd need to call customer service for a replacement. Drivers scammed an extra $20 from my sister to take the old mattress even though we were all ready charged $50 for removal for mattress and box spring. Shameful! Second frame deliver the next day. Same thing happened. On set up it broke. Again delery people said nothing they could do. Called customer service, again. At first they wanted us to file a warranty claim with the manufacture. When we refused, they insisted we send them a picture of the broken frame even though their delivery person knew it was broken. They insisted my disabled sister would need to get down on hands & knees and take a picture or they would do nothing. Shameful people! Wish we read all these bad reviews before we went mattress shopping.

    Yesterday I was thrilled to make a purchase on Mattress Warehouse's website for a Serta Perfect Sleeper Castara Pillow Top Mattress at a great price. After the purchase, I was contacted by the company letting me know that they mattress had been discontinued, they are out of stock, and trying to get it removed from their website. While the customer services reps were kind, my problem went unresolved. As a replacement, they offered me a lesser product based on the sales price I paid for the Serta. They refused to replace my order with a me a comparable name brand mattress like Serta or Beautyrest without an upcharge. Typical bait and switch by a big company. I cancelled the order.

    This business is a ****. We bought a $4,000 mattress and got it delivered no problem. We realized after one day that we did not like the mattress. We called them immediately and asked for a refund. We were told we had to wait for the area manager approval. It took days for him to get back to us, of course. We were told there was nothing they can do for us due to the contract that we never signed. Even if we exchange the mattress for something else, we cannot get any money back. This is absolutely ridiculous. They were so unprofessional with no empathy for someone who just spent $4,000 to try and get the best sleep possible. Please be advised when going to make any purchase at this retailer.

    RAY the manager is all about sales. He knew I had the wooden slits on my new bed and still suggested the box spring. Also, I called him four times since Saturday June 1st and he never called me back. Keith also said that he left several messages.

    Mattress was delivered to our house, visibly dirty within packaging. Confirmed with seller that this was a brand new mattress. Now, when trying to call to get a price match, unable to contact any of the stores as all their phones are disconnected. When calling general line, service rep is rude and unhelpful. The only resolution at this time is to refund or reduce mattress cost. Would rate them lower than a 1 star if it was possible.

    I signed a purchase agreement for a mattress from the Warrenton location on May 9th. A few hours later I changed my mind and called to cancel this purchase at which time I was told I needed to come in and sign something. I went in on May 10th and was told nothing could be done unless I had my documentation in hand. I then returned on May 11th with my paperwork and was handed a standard confirmation letter which had nothing about my purchase on it at all and was still not asked to sign anything. During this whole process I was constantly harassed about purchasing another mattress from them. I was still uncomfortable about the cancellation since it involved financing through ********* Bank and I certainly didn't want to pay their 29% interest. After sending them a registered letter I received an email from them about the cancellation. I am still waiting to hear from ********* about their cancellation. I would never step foot in a mattress Warehouse again!

    The ********* Financing is not run till after the mattress is delivered or picked up. Being the order was canceled it was never charged to ********* account.
