Before I start my review I want to tell you that all the 5 star reviews with no info are fake. They were all told to give a fake review. The photos online are fake! This hotel is garbage! I wasn't expecting it to be a fancy hotel. I was hoping it would actually be clean. We had to park 3 blocks away. The elevator was shady. The staff is a bunch of rude incompetent bums. I asked where "**** ******** ***********" was. I mean they have signs on the hotel! Nobody knew anything about it. I obviously knew that the restaurant closed. I understand that this hotel is old. I've been to old hotels and they keep it clean. I also asked how to operate the jacuzzi tubs and nobody knew how. Tried getting in the jacuzzi's outside. Only one was fully working, the second one was a delayed start and the other was broken. When I got out it felt like my skin was crawling. So My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and it was a nightmare. When we got in our room it reeked. The bed was never made, shower curtain had mold on it, there was piss stains on the floor. I also found mold by the lights above the bed. The service was atrocious. I asked for room service. The lady in front threw a door hanger at me like a frisbee and said "fill it out and get out of my face". Nothing was cleaned. I get things were changed during covid but still that's no reason to act like a ass. Thursday I found a bag of linens infront of my door. The trash was never taken out, the bathroom was never sanitized. And then the plumbing acted up. Sh*t was coming up in the shower from the toilet. I asked for room service and all the guy did was smear it in the tub after the plumber un-clogged the toilet. Afterwards he clogged the toilet again. He didn't use any lysol or disinfectant. Never again will I go to the sleazy trashy excuse for a hotel. I've stayed in hotels in Baltimore that were cleaner than this. Do not come to this hotel.
