    This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had getting a car fixed. Started out January 6th, and now it's March 15th. ******* ********* are supposed to be one of the best at this, and they completely shattered that perception with me. They were supposed to have taken my car apart to determine the issue and order the parts for replacement. This process took over 2 months to do. Finally, a month ago, they said all they had to do is to a final drive and fill nitro. It took them several weeks to do that due to them starting they were out of nitro and would need to order more. After they finally got that done, I noticed my car was being moved. I called them to ask what's going on, and they told me that they needed to tow my vehicle to ***** Owings Mills to find out why my axl Shaft wasn't staying seated. It say in their parking lot for a month before anyone told me anything. Finally, I had to call ***** to get an update. They told me that now the whole shaft had to be replaced and needed to be ordered. The part was due to come in on 3/17/25. I just got a mage from ***** stating the part was delayed, and now I need to wait until 4/2 for the part to arrive. I'm am Ashford at my wits end with this. My insurance company already paid max claim for rental car, and I've been out of pocket for over a month now at 350 dollars a week. ***** refused to give me a loaner vehicle and could car less. I'm paying now every month for the price of 2 ***** * ***** ******. I would advise entries to reconsider ***** because once you take delivery, the service is non-existent, and they could care less about their customers' long-term experience. ******* ********* should have discovered this issue from the beginning and ordered the part back in January. All in all, this is a horrible situation, and what I've written on this review isn't at all the full story. Thanks!

    They overcharged me by 30% for a radiator that worked for three months and then refused to honor the warranty on the work because they said it was a hose. WHY WOULDN'T THEY HAVE REPLACED THAT HOSE ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE THEY CHARGED ME $1800 FOR?? I took the car to another shop that found $3k in overcharging for 2024. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!

    And they lied that they have the tags and I should stop by but the MVA said they don’t have any record on the registration. The MVA provided me a number to file a complaint with them. I will do that as well.

    I recently had an awful experience with the service department. Now in full disclosure, I had the the roof of my 2019 BMW X-5 professionally wrapped in black vinyl wrap. It's a beautiful truck, all white truck with the black vinyl top. My top has been wrapped for the past 4 years without any issues. I recently needed an oil change for my X5. I took my truck in for service in March 2024. Upon completing the brake job, the "service adviser" Mark sent my X5 over to carwash that is located on the property of BMW of Owings Mills. The dealership has the automatic carwash with the large heavy brushes/rubber flaps that literally put a beating on the surface of your vehicle. Never could understand why a luxury vehicle dealership would even use something like that on such expensive cars. Nevertheless, my vehicle was damaged while being sent through the wash. The damage was to the shark fin antenna cap. It was knocked off while being sent through the rollers in the car wash. The way that I found out was Mark, the "client adviser" sent me a text message which indicated that my antenna cap had come off and that he had the antenna cap at his desk. Although, he indicated that the damaged did occur while in their possession and on the property of the dealership. At not one time did the client advisor offer to repair the damage. Over $2600.00 of damage resulted. BMW of Owing Mills is now trying to make me pay that amount for the damage that they did to my vehicle. I have been working with the Service Manager, without any full and complete resolution. The best that she was able to offer was me (the little guy) splitting the ($2600.00) cost with a multi-billion dollar company for the damage that they did to my vehicle. I had always been a very loyal and long time customer. I will never go back there for service, nor will I buy another vehicle from them. I have owned 7 BMWs in my life time.

    I was scheduled for an oil change that took 2 hours in and half. The sales associate never came out to speak with me even though I sat in the waiting area. Need add insult to injury. I needed 2 front tires. I said ok replace them. Then right after I was told that they only had one tire in stock. I then stated when will you get your next shipment. The sales person Mark could not disclose that information. I did call the next day Ro speak with a manager who stated that he would look into. I received a call yesterday stating that the tire I need will not be in until January. On the day of the oil change I was asked if I wanted a different tire other than the ones so had. I stated why would I do that. The disturbing part about this is that I purchased my vehicle with them in 2021, I have always dealt with them for everything. When I was called yesterday I was asked for a payment ti order the tire. I change all of my tires a year ago and Had ti replaced one 2 oil changes ago. My husband look at my tires last night and I have 1 out of 3 that is different. Why in the world would this happen. As a loyal customer a deserve better than the lack of customer service that I received. This goes beyond understanding the why would this happen. The last filter change my lights did not light up on my dash board. I made a another appointment, come to find out my wire was not reconnected. I am seeking a resolution.
