I brought my truck in for a front end alignment, dropped it off in the morning then went to work expecting it to be done by the time I got off of work. Had no calls from anyone so I called to check on it and they informed me they couldn't do the alignment due to bushings and ball joints needing serviced so i picked my truck up and replaced the entire front end all being new, set up another time to get aligned, i drop the truck off and they call me saying my tires being too big that they needed extensions for the alignment heads, ok cool. They get the extensions and I set up another time to get it aligned, I dropped the truck off in the morning of May 3rd, i went to work, and I recieve a text saying my truck was done. Upon arriving I see my truck is parked crooked in a parking spot next to a curb with the passenger rear tire being pinched by the curb against my wheel putting the curb no more than .25 of an inch away from the wheel (i have pics.) Ok no damage was done, just scuffed the tire. I walk around the truck and look at everything else, everything looked ok so I went in and paid an astronomical amount for a front end alignment because apparently my truck has knock outs they need to knock out to align it. So I pay and get in the truck, I drive straight maybe 1000 feet to exxon which is right next door, I get out to get a drink I turn around and look at the truck and I notice something on my front driver wheel, it is gouged deep, in between the spokes, the centercap is dented, spikes that wernt even on the wheels were gouged and have markings on them, which none of this was there when I dropped the truck off. I am very particular with my truck and the wheels that are on it. I have tried and tried to contact Tommy to resolve this issue with no communication I am left with this review and a messed up wheel. I do not recommend this place if they mess up they tuck their tale and hide, they don't own up to their mistakes.
