Charge offs are income. Congress says no income can be reported per 15 USC 1681 (2)(a)(i) no transactions or experiences can be reported. Income is transactions and experience. Asking all credit agencies to remove and would like TD Auto Finance to recognize this as well.

After opening my ******* Financing account that runs through TD Bank, there has been no communications with me regarding the account created, the account, and any sort of statement from the institution. Following up with them recently, because they have lost all my information which has locked me out of paying my bill for them and will accrue erroneous debt due to their neglect in handling my account; and others. I've been advised by internal staff at TD, that this has been a problem with this department for a long time. This complaint is to bring it to the attention of the issue I've been dealing with for almost more than 4 years. Gmail cleared my email of those previous emails with them 4 years ago, but there should be plenty of documentation of this issue within TD Bank. I still have no account number, because they never sent me one; nor do I have any physical or digital documentation of the account.

On or around first week of July 2024, my cousin, ***************************, a retiree on limited Social Security income noticed his TD Bank Card and/or checking account had been blocked by TD Bank for no apparent reason. As a US retiree currently living in *****, ***** and surviving on his rather limited Social Security monthly income, TD Bank's action has caused serious financial burden on him.TD BANK's POOR or LIMITED COOPERATION:Even though we have reached out to TD Bank's local branch directly at *************************************, and had a conference call when *************************** was fully authenticated, TD Bank officials have failed to unblock his Debit Card account and/or Checking account. *************************** and I followed with the TD Bank's ********************* at ************ and **********************'s Fraud *************** at ************ for additional assistance. His identity was fully authenticated per TD Bank's advanced voice mapping technology. Both departments advised that *************************** must contact the local branch of TD Branch at **************************************************************. *************************** called the branch office at *******, **. Unfortunately, he received another poor and rude reception from the branch office. We believe no banking customer should be treated with such poor customer service as demonstrated by ********************** officials. *************************** needs immediate resolution to this complaint.

I purchased a Toro Lawn Mower from a dealer in ******** in May 2024. The dealer offered a promotion of 60 months of 0% financing. I accepted the offer, which was financed through TD Bank Retail Card Services. TD Bank sent me an email explaining how to log in and create an account. I could set up an account quickly and made my first two payments with no issue. I opted for paperless billing, the only way to get a bill is to log into your account. I received an email from TD Bank Retail Card Services explaining they would be changing their website and I would need to create a new account. I went to the new site and followed the instructions in the email. I received a prompt that asked me to reset my password. I clicked the link, and the site said no account was found to call customer service at **************. When I call this number, I enter my information, and I receive a prompt that says I need to speak to a customer service representative. I have now spent 4 days and over 20 hours on hold, and no representative ever picks up. I called TD Bank Credit Card Services and they told me they can't help with a retail card account to call the same number I have been calling for days with no results. I called my local branch, and they said they couldn't take a payment and to call *************. I have spent over 11 hours on this number with nobody ever picking up the phone. I sent a letter to the address on the website asking for assistance. This went out today, so I obviously haven't received a response yet.I have a great credit score and never miss any payments, and I am fearful I won't be able to make my next payment on time, and it will negatively affect my credit rating.I just want someone to answer the phone who can assist me with setting up my account or just send me a paper statement so I can make my payment. Please HELP!!!!***

On March 20, 2024 at 1622 hrs I deposited 5 $100.00 dollar bikes and a check from *****, **** There was some type of problem with the *** and it issued a forced deposit of $.02. The machine did something the money is deposited of take in money and the opening up again. There was no money in the bill acceptor slot. When I filed a complaint as the check was credited but no money. It was reviewed and I received a letter indicating the problem was resolved. Still no money was only account. I sent a certified letter to the address listed on the letter as I don't trust the bank or the customer service system. No one would look at the camera footage or have the *** polled/audited as it was not theirs. The certified letter took weeks to get to TDBank due to the **** sending it around the country. It was received and signed for on May 1, 2024. I did not receive any communication from anyone. I sent a 2nd letter by regular mail to TD Bank in ***********, ** and ********, ** on June 1, 2024. I still have not heard anything from anyone. I would like my money!

On July 2, 2024 TD Bank approved the opening of a checking account for me, *************************************. I used this account specifically to GET PAID from work and every day living expenses. After a week of the account being opened issues began with the account and I had to call TD daily to confirm my identity. I had to confirm DAILY that I was making the transactions on the account. I had to confirm DAILY I was the owner of another bank account (Varo) for which TD Bank tried saying made a "suspicious" transaction and LOCKED ME OUT OF MY TD BANK. My ********* account is also in my name. Same address. Same information. I sent a Zelle from that account to my TD Bank account. TD Bank refuses to give me access to my account even though I've verified my identity over and over and over and confirmed I made the transactions on the account. The Zelle transfer in question happened on July 21, 2024. I was on the phone with a TD representative because TD bank kept declining my transactions and the TD representative TOLD ME TO PUT THE REQUEST THROUGH AGAIN and then the rep notated on my account that my account was locked and I'd have to GO INTO A PHYSICAL branch TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY TO UNLOCK THE ACCOUNT. I DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR A TD BANK! AS IVE TOLD TD BANK REPS AND SUPERVISORS FOR 4 DAYS, THEY LEFT ME OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH MY ADDRESS BEING 200 MILES AWAY FROM A BRANCH, THEY HAVE ALL MY MONEY LOCKED AWAY FROM ME AND THEY THINK I CAN MAGICALLY TRAVEL 200 MILES AWAY TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY "IN PERSON"?!? IVE GONE 4 DAYS WITHOUT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH THIS BANK. ALL I GET TOLD IS "I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION BUT THERES NOTHING I CAN DO. YOU HAVE TO GO INTO A PHYSICAL LOCATION." There's nothing anyone can do even though no suspicious activity and no fraudulent activity happened on my account? Release my ********** account TODAY July 24 2024. This complaint is only part of my paper trail. I'll continue making complaints. I want my money that I've worked for. At least $500 in acct.
