      They have NO place on their emails to unsubscribe and their board members are supporters of Project 2025 (Christian *********** brought by the *******************)

      Returned slippers which when originally purchased, had a lifetime warranty. They now have only a defect warranty. My slippers had stitching that was 1/16 of an inch from the edge of the leather. It has come loose. They tell me that that is normal wear and tear. It is obvious to me, as the rest of the stitching is 1/8 inch away from the edge of the leather has held fine, but one short section, where it is 1/16 away has come loose. It is sad that a once great warranty is gone, and the consumer has no recourse but to accept thier decision. In other words, they only have to make thier products good enough to last 1 year, and then you are on your own. While they have been great slippers. The company is failing thier customers in the long run just for profits. I guess that's the mindset today. Sad.

      Bought a sweater that ended up being way too big. I returned it and wanted to exchange for a smaller size but had to pay their $6.50 return policy fee. Then came to find out they were out of stock on the smaller size I wanted. Basically was charged $6.50 and received nothing. **************** did nothing to make things right. Don't buy from this cheap company. Used to be a fan but this place is trash.

      We have been unable to speak directly to the customer. On 12/6/24, we left a message inviting him to contact us to discuss the matter of the postage fee and the inventory issue with the size he requested. 
      Once we have a conversation, we will gladly discuss a resolution.

      Bought a pair of boots for *****. They did not feel right so returned. Received refund of ***** and when I questioned was told they dont refund shipping of $6,50. Ok. Then when asked about their math we do not refund state taxes I would think that is not legal. So they kept my state Taxes. Remember when L.L. **** used to be the greatest place to shop and they will guarantee their products for ever ! Not anymore. They are just a cheap warehouse and I will never shop there again period this was the first time I had shop there in many years and I just was looking for something particular - last time.

      When I purchased my LL Bean Microlight tent for $300, I expected a tent that would last more than 5 or 6 trips. I also expected that it was a safe purchase because, at the time, LL Bean claimed to offer a "Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee".Well, after my tent literally started DISSOLVING, I tried to return the tent only to be told that my handling of the tent caused said damage and that I must have stored the tent while it was wet.THIS IS PATENTLY FALSE AND I AM INFURIATED THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT THEN CHANGED HERE STATED REASON FOR DENIAL OF MY RETURN CLAIM TO, "THE TENT WAS DAMAGED BY YOU."As a lifelong camper, it has ALWAYS - A-L-W-A-Y-S-!!! been my practice to "air out" my tents and sleeping bags when I return from ANY trip. Then I store the items loosely folded on a shelf in my garage. There is ZERO - Z-E-R-O-!!! chance this tent was stored improperly, abused, damaged by myself, or anything other than it being poorly made.ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PRODUCT QUALITY.I just sent a sleeping pad to **** that I purchased over 10 years ago which had failed on my last outing - guess what ************? I didn't even have a receipt and they replaced it, no questions asked, because they ACTUALLY stand behind the quality of their products and don't make DISPOSABLE GARBAGE LIKE YOU DO.Well, I'm having my USELESS product shipped back to me and you can go ahead and consider me, a lifelong camper/hiker/backpacker/fisherman/outdoorsman, NO LONGER A CUSTOMER. In fact, I will advocate my friends, family, and others to PURCHASE FROM ANYONE BESIDES LL BEAN DUE TO YOUR UNETHICAL AND DOWNRIGHT TERRIBLE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS.Unbelievable. 100% DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

      Purchased a pull-over, but it was too large and returned it for a smaller one. They charged my card for the second one (way too expensive), and said they would refund my card for the first. Then I received an email saying that they were sending a gift card instead of crediting my card (never told me this). Then they never sent the card. Only general replies from customer service... it's on the way. Total BS, what happened to the Bean that I used to know. Stay away!

      llbean still creates a good product but.prices are out of line sizes have changed and have gotten largerwhy did they tell us?they kindly offer a **** return label in product package, but dont label it as ****..why?

      I have now waited five days for my purchase to be fulfilled and shipped, however I am still waiting.I contacted customer service by email, but got the expected generic response, "You will be receiving a shipment notice soon." The item is in stock.Customer service did respond to my concern promptly.

      Supper exspensive I paid 40$ for a plain white shirt for my husband i also paid 15$ my choice to have it shipped faster so we get the shirt in med my husbands size however it was more like a large it swallowed him so I return it they charge me 6.50 for shipping so now I pay 54$ for the total of the shirt and I get 31 back 22$ I lost out on this shirt thats way to much. If they would say on there that they run big so that first time shoppers know then I wouldve known to order a small but it fails to say that so I had no idea and now Im without 22$ I just feel like they robbed me
