Wouldn't send anyone her unless they are in an ambulance and need it. Never had to sit in an emergency room for two hours and not be seen. Had to go to another hospital. My daughter walked into the emergency room on her own and left two hours later in a wheel chair and was never seen by a doctor.

The manager on duty told me to go to a different pharmacy after myself and multiple people were turned away. Myself and multiple people who had tried calling with no call back, who were out of their medicine, who were told to come back tomorrow or wait over half an hour. One woman had been there three times and her meds still werent ready. I submitted a complaint but I wont be surprised if no one responds. A woman stopped me in the parking lot after to ask if I was able to file a complaint. She said she got the same run around and had to return on two separate trips. My medication was ordered May 11. I called May 16 to see if it was ready. The only option is to leave a message, you cant get a real person. No one called me back so I went in on May 16 and was told were still working on your prescription. I told them Id be back the next day. I went in May 17 and was told the same thing. I told them I would wait and they quoted ***** minutes. After 30 minutes I went back up to the counter and the person said they werent aware of my medication being filled or me waiting. I asked for a manager. He apologized and said I should look at changing pharmacies. Im in disbelief, this is the second occasion this has happened to me and its unacceptable when youre messing with peoples medicine! People are running out of their medicine and its a huge mess!

In January, my family and I moved from Maine to ******* and our daughter (15mo) developed a skin condition. We took her to see a pediatrician locally and they said that they would need the transcripts from CMMC. We've requested these transcripts no less than a dozen times, called every possible number that can be called, and reached out to every contact that we could. WE GOT NOTHING. It is unacceptable that any organization be allowed to show this level of dereliction of their responsibilities, especially when it involves the medical care of a child. Absolutely pathetic.
