Definitely do not send anybody here to this dealership. Got my daughter her first car, was told that it has all original parts. Figured out that the dash screen is not original and was replaced with a part not fitted for this car. Making it completely not functional. Then the check engine light comes on. Its under warranty but the service is horrible. I asked **** to explain in laymens terms because I didnt understand the codes he was saying with the car he said well if you let me finish and I said I didnt like his attitude he said same. If this is customer service I dont want any part of it. I work with people and would never talk to a customer the way I was spoken to. The guy that sold us this vehicle was just that a used car salesman. Gave us complete reassurance and the car is a lemon. All original parts, nope. They said they would be looking at salvage parts months ago and still no word on the part they were suppose to replace. As for me and my daughter, we will not be speaking to them, they can talk with my husband. Because the way they talk to females is completely disrespectful.Review from Aurora O

I got a used vehicle from this place and Ive had problems with it the minute I drove it off the lot. So they claimed they fixed it twice which they didnt and its been over a week since they have had my car and they havent given me much info at all and every time they say they will call me back they never do so I decided to stop in and see whats going on and I told them I needed a car for work that they need to figure something out so the boss comes from his office and says they arent paying for it even tho the issues that are occurring have been happing the minute I drove it off the lot. I told him its gonna have to be sent somewhere else if they cant figure it out cause I cant keep waiting for a way to get to work and he said thats fine and me getting to work isnt his problem. He had an attitude the whole time we were there and was very rude. When u work in customer service its your job to make the customer happy and work with them but they werent even helping me they kept pushing my car off and were unwilling to help every time I called them they told me they didnt know. The manager was very rude to me and my mom and were were very displease with the company. I kept my cool at first but once he started saying it wasnt his problem thats when things really started heating up.
