      I dropped my Voltage 5th Wheel off at B Franck RV Service in **** . I had no water pressure. The toilets would not stop running and rear door needs adjusting. I was told all the issues where fixed, so I paid over the phone with my CC for $875.35 because I needed to pick up after hours. The toilets issue was exactly the same and I still had no water pressure. Upon dropping back off on 8/11/23, I asked to talk with the mechanic who performed the work but was told by the lady in the office he no longer worked there because he was making a lot of mistakes and didnt know what he was doing. I talked to a new mechanic, and it seemed he knew exactly what I needed to fix the toilets and and said he had an idea about the water pressure issue was from. I waited 2 wks and was told I owed another $1031.63. Being that I just paid $735.35 on previous invoice that did not correct the issues at all, I asked to speak with the owner but he was no at that location that day. I told the lady I did not want to pay for the same job twice, she said she understood, and said the owner would call me and get corrected. I paid but was told that the owner would correct bill and needed my camper that weekend.I didn't hear from him till 8/29/2023. I was working so did not hear my phone ring but called back less than 2 minutes later, and had to leave a message. I called 2 more times, left messages for a return call, texted twice and did not hear from him till September 27, 2023. I told him my issues in which he said he would look into but never heard back.I should be credited back at least $735.35 from my first bill if not the whole $875.35. The mechanic was not certified, did not know what he was doing and did not fix the problem at all. I also wasted over an hour with the additional trips to B Franks

      What a disappointment! We brought our ** into this business in the Fall of 2023. We explained the issue with the "battery" draining, and the ** not starting. At that time, we were told the "battery" issue was repaired. Then the issue continued to appear numerous times. Since the original issue was addressed by that company, we made an appointment to have them look at this issue again. We expressly requested that the technician phone prior to the work being completed so we could clearly state what was happening. No phone call was made. Numerous emails were exchanged by the office personnel. I had requested information about a warranty for their service hours before the work was completed. An invoice was sent with the explanation that "Having Battery Issues have to charge each time they start". Once I received confirmation that there would be a warranty for electrical issues, I okayed the necessary work. The ** was picked up today. When we began to drive it home, the check engine light was on. This was not on prior to the work completion. When we contacted them to address this, they then stated that they don't work on the "engine" , despite the comment on their invoice. We did have the coach batteries replaced, along with a wire harness. However, they never did address the issue with the starting of the **.Needless to say, I would avoid this business. Their ability to stand by their work is absent."
