    This is an RV repair shop that is smaller than a dealer which means it doesn't have the overhead and inertia you sometimes find with a dealer. For me they have always been courteous, quick to get in, quick to have the work finished. I only had simple repairs but the workmanship was good.

    What a disappointment! We brought our ** into this business in the Fall of 2023. We explained the issue with the "battery" draining, and the ** not starting. At that time, we were told the "battery" issue was repaired. Then the issue continued to appear numerous times. Since the original issue was addressed by that company, we made an appointment to have them look at this issue again. We expressly requested that the technician phone prior to the work being completed so we could clearly state what was happening. No phone call was made. Numerous emails were exchanged by the office personnel. I had requested information about a warranty for their service hours before the work was completed. An invoice was sent with the explanation that "Having Battery Issues have to charge each time they start". Once I received confirmation that there would be a warranty for electrical issues, I okayed the necessary work. The ** was picked up today. When we began to drive it home, the check engine light was on. This was not on prior to the work completion. When we contacted them to address this, they then stated that they don't work on the "engine" , despite the comment on their invoice. We did have the coach batteries replaced, along with a wire harness. However, they never did address the issue with the starting of the **.Needless to say, I would avoid this business. Their ability to stand by their work is absent."

    Please stay far away from B.Franck RV service. Our camper had the back window shot out in JANUARY....we immediately got our claim in because we didn't want moisture getting into our brand new camper. These people didn't even order our parts until MARCH! We didn't hear from them at all....my husband would call once a week or so and they would say they would look into why the window wasn't here and call him back. They NEVER called back. Finally after 5 months I got fed up and called...not very happy I might add. I told (the manager) that customers would be happier if they just kept them in the loop. Us sitting over here not knowing anything is infuriating! Finally got the ball rolling, or so I thought. A few weeks later, they finally told me that our window had arrived and scheduled someone to come out and fix it. But wouldn't you know...someone ordered the wrong window. So we had to start all over again. They ordered the new window and he called me and said it was lost in shipping....that was over a month ago and I have not heard one thing from him. So I called and when he saw on caller ID that it was me calling, he immediately put me on hold without even talking to me so he could call the window place. He comes back on the line and said that the window shows that it has been delivered but they still don't have it. But not once in over a month did they relay that information to us. He had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn't be mad because they haven't received any money from us.....ARE YOU SERIOUS?! It's been 7 months of us going back and forth and he's going to say something to me about money? I feel that if we paid for any parts or anything they would just stop any kind of work. I told him I wasn't paying a dime until its finished, but we've had the insurance check for 6 months. He THEN told me that if I keep talking to him like that he's just going to cancel our order....ummmm....I don't know ONE person who wouldn't be furious.

    Bad experience with the gen ******** Poor comunacation. Will charge work that you did not approve to have done. They don't believe in having you to sign an agreement of what work you want done. They will lock your trailer till you pay the ****. The office girls are really nice to communicate with. They just need to hire a Gen ******* that knows how to run a business. I really don't know how the employee can stand to work thiet. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. Unless you have deep pockets ????
