    Terrible! My vehicle was taken to Crest via towing. The car had been stolen and found. My insurance company immediately gave me a 30 day rental the day the vehicle was towed. Today my rental ran out. In the process of trying to get updates on my vehicle, I spoke with service, body shop and even the **. The vehicle was lost according the dealership, but found. They stated they have over 200 cars and did not even know the vehicle was even there for the past month. They have not touched it and when I asked them to supply a loaner vehicle was flat out told they do not have any for me. That is ridiculous! Service blames body shop, body shop blames service and service and the ** even blamed my insurance company, who has proof in the pudding about the vehicle being there and requirements. On top of that I needed new keys and had to take time off of work to sign a work order for them to even get them ordered! You have had my care for a month and nothing has been done! The assistant service manager was useless and disregarded my concerns. No one there cares! Hoping they start the work soon. I spoke with my insurance who recommended I talk to the body shop and see when they plan on starting on my vehicle. Doubtful parts are even ordered since they apparently "didn't know my car was even there" even though my insurance has proof as well as dates and contacts of who they spoke with. I will take my vehicle until I know parts are in and available. Per the quote, 13 hours of labor. That to me is two days, but we shall see. I would NEVER recommend this company! Terrible business, terrible customer service and that comes from the top (**) who also was dismissive. Never will be back once my car is finished. Stay away and beware of them. My insurance has been made well aware of all the issues and though they are sympathetic and hope that Crest does the right thing, it is highly doubtful. Please do not give this company your business.

    Crest Ford disputes the customers portrayal of events, which misrepresents the situation and overlooks our efforts. The vehicle was left on our lot without advance notice, keys, or any identifying information, effectively abandoned. It was discovered only during a routine inventory check on October 24, 2024. Following this discovery, we promptly ran a **** OASIS report, leading us to contact ****** **** to identify the owner. Contrary to the customers claims, he had not contacted us prior to October 28, 2024. Additionally, the signed work ordernecessary for us to begin any repairswas not provided by the customer until October 29, 2024. We would also like to clarify that only the customernot an insurance companyis legally authorized to provide consent and authorize repair work on their vehicle. Without the customers signed authorization, we could not proceed. This complaint is based on misunderstandings about the responsibilities and protocols required in these situations. It is the customers responsibility to notify the dealership and provide all essential information when bringing a vehicle in for service, especially when the vehicle arrives via towing without keys or prior arrangements. Crest Ford followed all appropriate procedures and communicated transparently. We request that this case be closed, as no fault or service failure occurred on our part.

    Dropped car off to have service to find out why my car was having shifting problems the first 5 minutes of running. They said I need a new transmission or rebuilt transmission. I was told it would be done the following Wednesday. Wednesday came car not done and told it wouldn’t be to much longer. Friday they called me and said the car would be done towards the end of the day or Monday morning. Didn’t get a call so called them Monday around noon was told guy doing repair is on lunch and would call me back. By 2:50 still didn’t hear from them so I called them back and was told the car wasn’t done. It’s now Tuesday car isn’t done and was told they would have a vehicle to use until my car is done. Went to pick up vehicle and was told there’s a $250 hold to get a vehicle and tried to tell me they told me before I came which they didn’t. They still have no clue when my vehicle will be done and it’s been almost 3 weeks. I can’t believe they treat people this way and will never buy from them or have any service done by them again!

    Ordered a Bronco Raptor. 1 year later car is delivered. Dealer added a $10k dealer adjusted mark up when it arrived. No mention at time ordering. Bait and switch. Told me they could sell for $20k over sticker even though I told them I would pay their horrrible $10k mark up.
