They duplicated a charge on my account and I sent a copy f my bank statement to prove the duplication and they now talking about they cant find my credit card number on file. They found my receipt and tickets. This is criminal and unaccountable.THIEVES!

I purchased VIP tickets to an event from this company on a FB ad. Due to Covid the event was postponed. I contacted them 10 days prior to the event at Pine K*** and said that I could not locate my tickets but I had the receipt that I paid for them thru this company which brokered the sale to me from Ticketmaster. They walked me thru how to find my tickets on the Ticketmaster app using the email address I used to buy them thru 313 Presents. The tickets were not there so they said they would re-issue the tickets to me thru Ticketmaster by contact the seller. They assured me it would be done in time and to call them back if i didnt receive them within a couple days of the event. Btw I paid over $500 for these tickets. So I did call back about 4 times in the 2 days leading up to the event and was told that the day of the event they would take care of me. The day of the event I was on the phone with the service department and they said the tickets should be in my Ticketmaster account. I told them they were not. They said all they can do is expedite the request with the seller. Within 2 hours of the concert after being on the phone for 45 min with them and being told I could not speak to a supervisor someone finally agreed to put me thru to a supervisor and she answered and said if I got to this point then I had been thru a lot and she apologized and said she would put me on hold to try to see if any other tickets were available so I could attend the event. Its an hour before now and I have to leave to go if this is happening. She then comes back on and tells me shes trying to find some tickets then proceeds to hang up on me. I called back to explain that I spoke to a supervisor and they were trying to get me tickets & to reconnect me and was told no. There are no available tickets to that event and that the supervisor told this customer service rep to not connect me. So I was not allowed to speak to anyone else that could help me and I missed the event & am out the $.

Called them before I purchased VIP Concert tickets as a gift for someone else to guarantee that I could transfer them into someone else's name before the concert. I was told on the phone by somebody at 313 Presents that I could do that no problem. I purchased the tickets and now one day out from the concert and having talked to 3 different people at 313 Presents I am not able to transfer the tickets so I am going to end up losing all of my money and my guests won't be able to attend. Horrible customer service, never feels good to be lied to by a big company and then have them tell you they can't help you or refund you because someone else in the company made a mistake.
