0 Stars. Do not book here! I booked through *******, making sure I got a cancellable reservation. I cancelled on a Monday for a Thursday reservation and they refused to refund. They kept two days of stay! I got a full refund from *****, but not here. I cancelled a trip because I have Covid, and this is terrible customer service.
