    BustedTees.com If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I placed an order and finally heard from them 2 weeks later with a tracking number from DHL, then USPS and then a new tracking number was via UPS. I have not heard anything from them in 3 weeks. There is no customer service phone number for them online. However, the phone number that Paypal has for them transferred me to a Kia Dealer. I wish I would have read reviews first. DO NOT do business with them.

    Bait & Switch products. The website advertises one design and you receive something different. Ordered two patch hats. What I received weren't even patches. They were a flimsy material with frayed edges and different color schemes. Since I never received the items advertised on the website, I requested a refund. The customer service (Nous) wouldn't budge in giving me a full refund. They offered credit. Why would I want credit for their crap products? After a few more emails, they mentioned I could return the items. I can return the items if I pay them $5 per item to return PLUS purchase my own return shipping label! Most likely $5 covers the cost to make an item so they're still making money. I can see if I had buyer's remorse, then I fully understand this policy. BUT not receiving what I was seeing on the website, I shouldn't be treated as if this was my fault. Scam company.

    Terrible. I placed my order over a month ago and never received it. I Have not received a response after 5 attempts. This is a scam website. Do not order from busted tees!

    Very poor quality clothing. **************** is non- existent. Website is intentionally misleading as the photos don't represent the actual product and negative reviews appear to be filtered out.

    I agree with the comments below. The quality of the shirts was not great and the only options the company offered was store credit, replacement shirts, or for me to pay shipping and a restocking fee. The shirts were very expensive and very low quality.

    Product is terrible. Received shirts for 4th of July. The print on the shirts were already faded and pealing off. I asked for a refund it took them nearly two week to get back to me and then they wanted to charge me for shipping and a $5 restocking fee per shirt. This place has bad service and below low low quality in shirts.

    Buyer beware. Do not pay for priority processing. They charge you $6 and say theyll process your order in 1 to 2 days **** I placed my order on June 12. Its June 17 and still hasnt been processed. I emailed and they responded both times with cut and paste text saying priority processing does not mean priority shipping, only that theyll get the order processed in 1-2 days **** Make it make sense. ?????????I notified my bank theyre running a scam and will have my money refunded. Do yourself a favor and avoid these idiots at all cost.

    My husband ordered me a Broadway Christmas shirt. Unfortunately, it was too small. I went to call someone at Busted Tees and they ONLY have email support. I was told to mail the item back with my order number and how I want to proceed. I mailed back the **shirt with my order number and requested a new size. Several weeks go by and I email to check on the status of my return. The reply was they needed a picture of the return and a tracking number. I was never told to send via tracking. It's a $20 T shirt.So now I'm out the replacement **shirt. I will make sure all my family and friends never order from this company again.

    Awful customer service for cancelling order or returning product. I tried to cancel after one day and they said it was too late, that it was in progress. Order arrived after 14 days. Surely they could have cancelled it. Now they want restocking fee. Have they never heard of Amazon.?Do they really think I will ever order from them again? I had to go to PO to Refuse the Package, have it sent back to Sender and wait for credit minus shipping and restocking fee. It's outrageous in this day and age. I strongly suggest you find another vendor for whatever you wanted at Busted Tees.

    Terrible company to do business with. I made an order for a birthday gift. After reviewing the shipping information of the site, I proceeded to order as I had just shy of a month before I needed it. It shipped very quickly however, it was supposed to arrive within **** days after shipping. I also paid extra to track and insure the package as it was gift. At the 20 day ****, I follow up and am told that it can take SIX WEEKS to arrive. This was no where on their site or the email I received with the tracking information. The customer service person could not direct to me anywhere that this information was communicated, did not offer any assistance beyond telling me to wait six weeks and did not follow up to my reply where I asked for additional information. Such a terrible experience and will certainly not be giving them my business again. I paid $60 for one tee shirt and I am expected to be okay with waiting two month for this arrive when everywhere says two weeks. They say satisfaction is guaranteed but that is not the case. They take your money, do not deliver their product and then provide rude and disingenuous customer "service." Next time, I am going right to the artists or using Etsy. So disappointing.
