An urgent recall was issue for my vehicle due to risk of a fire. There is currently no fix for the problem. This is the 11th recall for this vehicle and the most dangerous. When contacting the manufacturer I was told nothing could be done, and I just had to wait for a remedy. I haven't driven my car in over a month due to the urgent risk notice. I asked for a rental but manufacturer refuses. This car is a lemon and I do not feel safe strapping my baby into a car seat with a potential fire risk! I'm getting no help from this company to address a problem with their product! I bought a new truck in July 2022 and wanted a *********** package where I pre-purchase oil changes. The dealer sold me a package for their service despite them knowing that I lived in a different state than their dealerships. I want a Ram one I can use at any dealership. I called Ram several times and got hung up on 3 of those occasions. I had to pay out of pocket for my first oil change since I can't use the one I was sold. I want a refund on this package and my oil change reimbursed.Business response

I am the owner of a 2011 Jeep Patriot. There was an extended warranty issued due to broken sub frame. My Jeep was not included in this warranty. I heard a noise so asked my mechanic to check it out during an oil change and discovered my sub frame was corroded. Said I could not drive it. I could have been seriously hurt or killed. There have been numerous complaints for this problem including the Dodge Calibers. I believe **** should be responsible to fix this issue. I have taken very good care of my Jeep. It is in great condition, except for the premature corrosion. There is no reason this Jeep should be junked out. The manufacturer needs to start taking accountability The subframes used were faulty.Business response
