I placed an order for delivery on March 6th through the Meijer app I received what I dreaded has become very typical a text message that I have also attached in documents that stated the delivery was not able to be made until the following morning this happens nine times out of 10 it's ridiculous however I waited the next morning I go out there's no groceries I checked the front porch and the back porch I have a shared driveway and at the end of the driveway or another four homes we all have identical back porches and I proceeded to check throughout the morning front and back with no groceries around 6:00 p.m. I received a call from a neighbor at the opposite end of my driveway who stated there was groceries and she wondered if they were mine and she was calling all of our neighbors she sent me a photo and I immediately called Meijer I was told on my recorded call that the entire order was going to be refunded I never received my refund I called in approximately 2 weeks later which I also attached copies of all my recordings and was told by a supervisor that she would review the call and if that was the case I would be refunded to this day I have still not been refunded I have called almost 10 times I now go on to see the order under my orders on the Meijer app and on the website and it's gone mysteriously it's disappeared but I do have the confirmation email and I also attached the confirmation text messages the driver clearly got lost as stated in the text messages and all I'm trying to do is simply be made whole and if you would like I can send you a copy of the recorded call which I told the supervisor however she rudely told me that she keeps copies of the calls and she would review it herself and I would be at least informed by email I've not even received an email about this as you can see I called over and over again I was originally told this would be refunded and that's what I expect to happen thank you so much in advance for your time
