      Today while shopping I was looking at the *********. There were stickers sale 14.99 mperks 3 off total price $11.99. Made my selection got to the register it rang up $21.02. I hit the assistance button and csr came over and I explained. He went and got manager and she said no it's $21.02. I explained all the stickers on thr shelf. So I walked back with her showed her. She was like no that's a different size container they are more. I pointed to the space. The whole row was half filled same container. She advised it was back stick and they use other slots to store it. I advised that was misleading especially in a row where sale signs were. I moved the container to a spot she moved it back to the sale spot not o. Sale. Purposely stocking a sale item with a different item is extremely misleading and was even a $10 in price difference. This manager admitted it was Meijer policy to do this with back stock This sounds like a text book bait and switch deceptive practice

He did not want a refund for the detergents, he said he wasn't out for free money. I told him that we are here for our customers and we wouldn't be here without them, so we will do whatever makes you happy, and we ended up deciding he would like a happiness card. So I have left his name at the Service desk and the next time he comes in he will be able to pick it up. The customer is satisfied with the result. They took the steps to investigate and make it right. I appreciate thr quick response reaching out to me. I can tell this was an isolated incident with an employee and not how the company performs which is reassuring

      Transaction date 8/22/21 (Meijer weekly ad START date 8/22) I placed an online order @ 4:30pm & Meijer had a delivery slot OPEN at 7pm. The delivery time was pushed back by Meijer and groceries finally came at 11:30pm.My order was placed on the 1st day of the sale & all products were listed online as being "IN STOCK." Items that were necessary for the discounts in the ad hinged on specific products & I ordered "no substitutes" because if even one product was inadvertently exchanged for a substitute that was not in the (Buy 5 Get $5) sale, it would automatically void the $5 off. Meijer has a "WAY OUT" because it is listed as "while in stock." and "no rain check" BUT everything I ordered WAS in stock online. The store did not even fill some of their own name brand products.I am angered having spent so much time ordering groceries and coordinate it with the sales coupons listed in the ad only to feel "ripped off." It was a waste of my time and money,,,NEVER AGAIN!!

We reviewed the order in Hybris and confirmed the Customer chose No Substitutions and several items were unfulfilled per the Administration Tab. Also saw the order was rescheduled 3 times per the Final Order tab; and order was processed on 8/23/21 at 12:10 AM per the Info App. Issued a Free delivery as a one-time courtesy via the account with the mPerks phone number **********. for Order# ********* per Case *******. Called the Customer and left a voicemail on the phone number provided on the Case and advised her if is in the clipped coupons and expires on 1/29/22. Updated/Closed the Case. No further action is needed. " I called customer since I felt this wasn't enough. I got a hold of her and she was upset over being given a free delivery, when we already had it for a limited time. Customer said she was out about $25 from the issue. I clipped her above, $40 since she stated being out $25. The $15 extra was for the inconvenience and I noticed she did not shop with us since, will draw her back. Customer was very happy and said she will shop with us again etc. All taken care of.       I'm reporting a case of intentional harassment and/via excessive FORCE from a Meijer employee at ************************...of *************... #***...the gas station to be exact. The information on the bottom of my receipt there for now is as follows... ******* OP: ******* TM:*** ST: ***....dated 8/16/2021...at the hour of 13:14:17. Surveillance will show how this employee approached me with false accusations of "holding up other people" from using the store's microwave as I was using it at the moment. The harassment became EXCESSIVE after she called for SECURITY to intervene on behalf of this accusation and footages will show that no one had been affected, or is even seen at this time waiting to do so. The situation became entirely too confrontational and in the end, I had to inform both Security and the employee about their approaches toward me with no use of a proper FACE COVERING/MASK before I completed my transaction. The Security agent declared that I instigated this mess

      Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2021/09/07) */ After reviewing video and speaking with the gas station team leader, the guest was approached due to he brought in outside food to cook and occupied the guest service area as he was cooking several entrees. the team leader asked him to finish up and that he cannot use out equipment to re heat outside food due to food safety violation.

      I placed a grocery pick up order Saturday (7/31) and picked up my groceries Sunday (8/1). When I placed the order the total was $37.84. When I picked up the order I asked the employee if my coupons came off ok. The meijer employee said, "we can't see that on our screen but if the coupons don't come off just contact customer service and they will take care of it for you." When I looked at my bank account Sunday, Meijer had withdrawn $51.38. This is $13.64 higher - 27% more than I had agreed to. I contacted customer service and they said since the sales changed Sunday morning there was nothing they could do. They offered me to drive back and return everything but I live an hour away from meijer, and it would have been $10 in gas just to bring everything back. The price should have been the same as when I placed the order. I did not agree to a higher price, nor was I given a new total when I picked up the items. It is fraudulent business to charge more than what we are expecting.

      Order from last month cheated over 14$ nonasked for but PURCHASED DELIVERYS REFUSED ME A DEBIT RETURN LAST NIGHT ORDER#-********) I ORDERED DELIVERY AND I ASKED FOR 4 OZ CUP OF ICE CREAM I ASKED FOR THREE OF THEM IT SHOULD HAVE COME TO 225 AND THE GUY BRING ME $14 WORTH OF ICE CREAM I DON'T EVEN EAT CALLED PECAN PRALINE I ASKED FOR BUTTER PECAN I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLE ******* STUPID WHO WORK FOR THIS DUMB *****/MEIJER GROCERY STORE WHO CANNOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS I AM OLDER REFUND OF $17 FROM LAST NIGHT TO MY CREDIT CARD AND LAST MONTH I DID NOT ASK FOR ICE MOUNTAIN THAT COST NEARLY FIVE BUCKS THEY FORGOT A BOX OF CEREAL BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR IT AND I WAS PROMISED A REFUND FOR A BAD TOMATO AND A BUNCH OF OTHER OBJECTS I DIDN'T ASK FOR SOME DOWNY PAPER TOWEL A TOTAL OF AROUND $25 WERE TURNED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE EVERY MONEY I'VE BEEN ORDERING FROM THEM THEY HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AND THINGS WITH MY MONEY LIKE SOME KIND OF JOYRIDE THEY HAVE REFUSED TO GIVE ME CREDIT-$!

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/30) */ This is in interesting one. This customer has 74 cases on file. Over 14 orders this customer has been clipped 11 mPerks courtesy coupons totaling 55 dollars in the past 4 months. In July we educated the customer on the fact that they have their substitution preference set to "any brand" and this means if we are out of stock on the ordered item a substitution would be given without a price adjustment. We recommended to the customer that the substitution preference be set to "no substitution" that way they do not receive unwanted items in case an item(s) is out of stock. As one final exception I went ahead and refunded the customer $25.00 to cover the stated amount in the BBB case. Customer should have this refund by Friday 8/27. I also set the customers default substitution preference to "No substitution" for future orders.
