I placed an order that I never received..the picture sent to me was of an order left in a driveway...not my driveway. I had a new television set in the order..I never received it and all of Meijer employs I spoke with were extremely rude ..I've been hung up on,scolded,and asked not to call back .they should hire people to do their job. After further review, the refund has been denied. The delivery partner was able to confirm that the consumer never provided instructions to the shopper. My complaint has been over a Meijer monthly statement I paid at the store in ********* Mi for $201.98 on 6/18/24 check number #**** I have a cancelled check as well as bank statement that has been provided to them by mail and fax, 4 times. Meijers put this dispute on an investigate hold and therefore made my credit report go lower and lower! My bank and ******** has helped but with my credit rating decreasing I paid the statement again for $201.98 and waiting for them to give me a refund! . have been to the Ludington store, also mailed and faxed information to them so many times that I want my refund I have a file on this that is over 25 pages of communication.I'm not scamming anyone but feel Im getting scammed by Meijers.. there are now two cancelled checks with bank statement they cashed for the same bill.Business Response

Every time I use my rewards they don't get applied to that current order. Instead Meijer tells me I clipped it afterwards even after showing them proof that I did not. Every single time they tell me I'm doing it wrong and so it forces me to shop again to get the reward that should have been already applied. They're taking my money then telling me to order again to get the credit I should have already received.Business Response

On April 7 I attempted to place an order online for some groceries. I had ***** available on my ebt card. When I tried to check out, my order was *****, meijer system made me enter a credit card number (which was unnecessary because all the items were ebt eligible), along with my ebt number. The problem is meijer said I could only ise ***** of my ***** ebt funds and wanted to charge my credit card for the rest. This is discriminatory against people that have to use ebt for groceries. There was no reason to have to charge anything to my credit card. Therefore I cannot place an order online for ebt food unless I have money available on my credit card. Discrimination against poor people that have to use food assistance in order to be able to eat.Business Response

I was shopping at this store and there were many in store sales on this day being Saturday April ******.there was a abundance of yellow sales sticker place on the shelves. I grab two frozen pizzas. The yellow sales ticket on the shelves at 4.99 for Dejurno frozen pizza . of different brands of pizza especially Dino supposed to be 499 iswhat the sales tag said I was charged 599 in 699 for a stuffed crust I am making this complaint because Meijer do this all the time they have sales but when you check out, they are not giving you the sale price. Please do something about this as the ripping off the Consumers in your job to protect us from being taken advantage of.Business Response

I had a delivery for Meijer this evening.I phoned Meijer before the items were delivered to let them know an item was wrong in the case they want the shopper to return it. Meijer heard my concern and insisted I received one of the two. I ordered garden bulbs- one per package listed as Elephant Ear. I received an expensive potted plant. My grocery account is no replacements. The Meijer CS would not allow the shopper to return the plant or to have shopper return entire order. Simply was hoping the shopper was still in store to return plant.Meijer refuses to refund the cost of the potted plant insisting that its one bulb as shown on my order. I have disabilities that make delivery helpful. I have been trying for 6 months to get my account fixed. I even did all options that were suggested including switching my bank. That was a lot as I had to change all my personal things for this. I then call several times to get help over phone. I was hung up on once and then a lady did help when I decided to call back on a Friday after work. She was so helpful, but could not figure out why I could not use my app. Then tried talking to different group while I'm on hold. On phone for 45 mins. She unfortunately could not help. Stated she will have someone call me back. I waited for a while for returned phone call, but nothing. i then sent an email asking for help or I was going to report. I did receive a returned phone call, but all she said is they are working on my account and can't figure out why I can use my app nor delivery. I have spent lots of money with Meijer and had several free deliveries missed because they expired. I have also stopped using that account that has M-perks rewards on there that I cannot use. I am looking for in store credit or have those rewards transferred to my finance's account that we had to set up and I used my same card on his account, and it works. SO, this is not a me issue. For Meijer a LARGE company with tons of money to not help with this and figure out for me over a period of 6 months is ridiculous. Their customer care department not so good and it's really sad if other disabled people have to go through this, I am hoping for a result of some sort. Maybe free delivery to ***** account or something. Please help as I can't get it from Meijer a well-known corporation.Business Response

I started to fill out my appliction for a passport on **** and in their opening line they state that you WILL NOT be charged until your application is complete. I could not get my picture to upload and I explained that to them on two occasions that they emailed me to finish my application. Yet somehow they got ahold of my Meijer card which is a grocery Mastercard and charged me $77.00 and $57.00 for a total of $134.00 which they should NOT have charged me because since I could not upload my picture my application was not complete.Business Response

On 02/20/2025 I purchased a Cookie Tray for $15.99, transaction number ********** and I have the receipt. The cookies were purchased for an event but only about half were eaten. I kept the remainder and froze them for my husband because I try not to eat sugar. He bit into an oatmeal raisin cookie and cut his lip on a half inch piece of glass. I have the glass and the other frozen cookies. I sent out a warning message on the Nextdoor app and decided to notify Meijer Headquarters. I received a call from *****, phone number ************** after a few days and ***** left a message. I texted the number with a photo and description of what occurred, the text went through but I have not heard anything else. This company needs to enact stricter cleanliness criteria!Business Response
