***** - give us back our money. Did you forget about us? You wanted money, up front, to purchase the materials to make the gates and fence panels prior to installation. Over 4 years ago we gave you (I can't even remember it's been so long) 7 or 8 thousand dollars. Then, unfortunately, covid hit the world slowed down. We were understanding and patient. But *****, it's been over 4 years now. Give me back my deposit.

Just an FYI if youre looking for a fence company do not use Maverick Fence and Gate. He took our deposit in April of 2021 and never did the job. We had to have a different company put up our fence in October 2022. We have been trying to get our money back even going to small claims court and winning a judgment against him. However he still has not paid the judgment and we will have to spend even more money to try and recover anything. So buyer beware dont end up where we are.

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! On July 20, 2022 They gave me a quote for $1785 to repair our fence and gate. I asked them "When can you come out to start the work?" They replied, "When we clear your 50% deposit, you will be put on the schedule." They cashed our deposit check and never saw them again. Called for our deposit back in June of 2023 and they said "take us to court! You're not getting your money back!"

I asked the owner to come out and give me a quote. He was very punctual even though he is booked solid. I was given a very fair price and look forward to doing business with them.

My parents gave *****, the owner, a $4000 deposit in March with the promise the work would be done in June. When **** came and they heard nothing, they attempted to reach *****. He is very difficult to contact and does not respond in a timely manner or even at all at times. My mom finally reached him mid June and he stated the work would be done in July. At that time my mom stated she did not want him to do the work and he stated he would refund their deposit even though he stated 'that is something very hard to do'. Two weeks came and went and my parents received no check. My dad called him and after speaking with him, they agreed to allow him to do the fence. July came and went and they heard nothing. On August 1st, my dad got a hold of him and he told my dad it would be done the end of August. The end of August came and they heard nothing. So, my dad got a hold of him again to tell him he wanted his money back and ***** said he had gotten the material and would not refund their money and they were added to the schedule. That was it. He gave no new date for the installation to be done. My parents then sent him a text a couple weeks later telling him they wanted their money back and they have heard absolutely nothing. It is now September 9th and still nothing. I read on the BBB similar complaints about this man and his company. The stress and angst that he causes people is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company. All they are asking for is a refund and he is refusing.
